Great Home Builder. Great design, customer service and so much more. Quality homes with many different locations to choose from.

Do not buy homes from this builder! My wife and I purchased a newly built home not even two years ago, we've had nothing but problems from day one. They use cheap fixtures and cut corners anyway they can. Within the first few months all my door knobs came apart. The paint is pealing in serval areas. Our tile is splitting in the corners of our shower. They claim to have ten year warranty on everything. But when I called the man was rude and basically told me we were on our own and the warranty didn't cover it. These homes are way over priced and cheaply made. There are plenty of better options in Victoria area. DO NOT BUY FROM KIMERLITE HOMES OR WE BUY HOMES!!! read more
