Avoid Grants Pass Towing and Auto Repair…read more Had to set up a tow for the following day, as they were busy due to a storm. We asked them to call 15 min prior to the tow to confirm they were coming so we could be at the vehicle for the driver, they said they would. It got close to tow time, no word from GP Towing- so we called them. The lady who answered had no idea what the drivers were doing. She "thought" they were coming to do our tow but had no idea, and said she'd call us back. She never did. Our roadside assistance called to confirm we received service, when we said no, they called GP Towing, who lied and said they called us but we didn't answer. Roadside assistance remarked that the lady was short and rude with him. We still needed a tow so he called back up to set another one up, the lady then said she left us a message and she wouldn't set up a tow. She didn't call back, and she most definitely didn't leave a message! I'm glad some people have had good experiences with this place, and maybe the drivers are great. I wouldn't know since they never showed up. But, the dispatch/phone lady is a liar, and rude. There are lots of other towing operations in town- use them first!
