More selection than you ever thought possible. It felt like walking into a high end jewelry store but instead of stuff for you, it's stuff to make your house sparkle. Very inspiring to walk around and see options for a remodel/renovation. They also provide a complimentary consult for your home update/reno. We were warmly greeted upon entry and given the space to look around at our leisure. Would've loved to have people sitting at their desks to greet us or ask if we needed help when walking by but they seemed busy. Plenty of ceiling fan options, bathroom fixtures of all colors and styles. Kitchen faucets galore. Not as extensive shower fixtures but a good two side aisle of options nonetheless. Absolutely shocking lack of customer service in the "showroom". Several people were working and no one paid us any attention. They were sitting around on their phones, chatting with each other, drinking Diet Cokes, and we were literally the only customers in the place. People walked right past us and no one acknowledged us. We bought a 7000 dollar refig. and were very disappointed in every person we were in contact . No call back and never the same person. They sent someone to measure, he never mentioned we would a step ladder to reach our shelves then they charged 300 dollars to fix. They accepted no responsibility. We were planning a full kitchen remodel and stopped in here for ideas. There's a lot to see, but the showroom was chockfull of ideas, so it was perfect. Because we were not here to purchase anything, we didn't ask for any assistance. We were browsing. We took pictures of things we liked. If you are looking for ideas for bathrooms, kitchens or lighting in general, this is a great place to find out what's out there. I can't speak to the sales staff, purchase process or installation. I can say we purchased a Kraus sink and a faucet from Amazon for about 1/3 the cost of a similar setup at Ferguson. read more

This review is based on the deceiving website. I was looking for plumbing parts in the area and noticed most Ferguson locations close early on Saturday, however, the Kennedy Ave location is open until 5pm. I attempted to call prior to arrival, but received not answer after 4 attempts. I arrived at this location to find it is a showroom, and their parts department closed at 11am. The website advises plumbing at this location and lists hours of operation until 5pm. The good news though, the receptionist did say she was sorry. UGH!!! read more

Worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. The store is very nice, and it feels like a high end experience when purchasing. Unfortunately the only thing high end here is the price. We bought in the summer of 2021. We were told that the everything should be in by Thanksgiving. Unfortunately we didn't specify the year. It's 2023 now and all of our purchases finally came in. I get supply chain problems but c'mon. I saw the same fridge, dishwasher, ovens, etc. on the Lowes website where I should have bought my stuff. Getting updates from anyone will require 5 calls and 15 emails. The information you receive back will not be correct. There won't be a hint of apology and it even feels like they are doing you a favor by bothering to speak to you. Even worse, the install will be horrendous. Our stuff came in waves over the last almost 2 years. The first team they sent out was drunk, they were supposedly sub contractors. They couldn't figure out how to install a stove top and were literally asking me how to do it. The second team that installed the microwave, stove, and dishwasher seemed competent, but the microwave didn't work, past the first 3 uses, and the dishwasher was poorly installed leading to water coming out the bottom 2 weeks after installation. When you call Ferguson they will then tell you that it's your problem now, call the manufacturer. They won't even bother to help with the proof of your purchase. I sincerely hope Ferguson's retail appliance business folds as it is the most poorly run business I have every seen. If you do go in for some reason stay away from Erica. Genuinely disappointing experience from the moment I walked in. While the displays were visually appealing, the sales representatives and the coordination with the Build.com website was abysmal. 1) I did a lot of research on the website and built my project online, which I initially thought was a great feature. I went to the store hoping to see (at least samples) of the items I selected. Before I spent more than a few thousand dollars, I wanted to confirm that the counter top color and wood tones matched what I saw on my computer display. When I arrived, I found out that the showroom shows a very small percentage of the items that are displayed on the website. In fact, they only show items that Ferguson supplies, despite there being are a number of different suppliers on their website. They don't even have a sample door or a piece of countertop for you to view. So that makes me ask, what is the point of the show room if you can't actually show the items you advertise? 2) The front desk greeter was less than friendly and barely looked up from the yogurt she was eating when I came in. When I came back to ask for help, I was assigned to a sales person named Jake. While polite, Jake clearly had no idea what he was talking about. He had no product knowledge, was unable to offer any alternative design suggestions to help solve the problem of not being able to see the items in store and told me the only solution was to order the items and pay extra for a warranty so I could return them if I didn't like them. He kept referring back to the website and struggled to utilize search terms that would assist me with my project. Specifically, he kept offering vanities at a smaller size than the one I was searching for. At the end of the day, the most hopeful thing he did was offer a referral to an outside business. Bottom line, with so much online shopping available nowadays, people come to the store for a customer service experience. I specifically came so I could see an item in person, which turns out to be impossible. If we are just told to go back and look on the website, why did we even bother getting in the car? read more

I'm a licensed plumber. I needed 13 L/R couplings (plumbers will know what they are) Nobody had them, although I was quoted $15-23, and they could order them. Ferguson had 1, and I wanted to build one assembly as a template. So....I went to Ferguson to buy the one. They were ......$84. For one. I NEVER write letters. I wrote Ferguson, locally. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Everything that they said was on back order I found at Wayfair.

My husband and I visited the showroom last week. Immediately upon arrival we were met with unbelievably pretentious attitudes. The blonde older woman at the front desk furrowed her brow with such disgust as we walked in. We were not greeted by anyone during our visit, but rather felt as if we weren't welcome based upon the looks we were given and lack of communication. Our experience was so atrocious we left after being treated so poorly and drove 3 miles down the highway to Keidel to buy the exact same Rohl products. I'm not sure if this is typical of this facility or if we didn't look the "part" after running errands all day, meeting with our contractors, work and school pickup, but it just didn't sit well with me. That shouldn't even matter to begin with. We just moved back to Cincinnati from the west coast, and never in my experience have I been treated so poorly in areas where I would more or less expect such levels of pretension. For reference this past Saturday while selecting our lighting at Visual Comforts our children were treated like little queens with snacks and notepads to color. I certainly do not expect that treatment, VC goes above and beyond but a simple greeting would have been nice. I'm flabbergasted by our experience. Keidel however was night and day different, incredibly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend taking this into consideration when deciding where you choose to spend your money. I'm thinking I need to have a 'Pretty Woman' moment with this place in the near future. I really hope this company does something above their customer service, no one deserves to be treated so poorly especially when they've come to your place of business to spend thousands of dollars. read more

Exceeded my expectations. I walked in their new store on Kennedy on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Mark who is fantastic to ask several good questions to see what I needed and wanted to do I didn't expect to actually get waited on however within 10 to 12 minutes I was placed with a sales professional Vanessa. She was very pleasant and polite and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and offered some suggestions when needed and made the entire experience a productive and great one. I was there for probably one hour and had selected kitchen appliances and outfitted a bathroom. Which by the way I did not expect to get accomplished at all! The vanity and top were junk and no cooperation from sales people, took almost two weeks to get refund with many phone call's

I purchased all my Kitchen Appliances from Ferguson, and obtained an extended warranty and repair service from Ferguson through their partner, New Leaf Service Contracts. I paid $2669.14 to cover repairs on 4 appliances, for three years . One of those appliances - a Bosch Wall Oven - needed repair recently. I called New Leaf and reported this service need on May 19, 2023. Since then I have been with them on the phone nearly a dozen times , spending many many hours of my valuable time to get this repair completed - as of June 23, 2023, this repair is not completed. One after another, they claimed, falsely, that :(a) this repair was not covered by contract ; (b) that this appliance was not covered by contract ; (c) that I should get it repaired and then submit receipts for potential reimbursements ; (d) that they cannot find a repair service provider; I had to spend hours and multiple emails to convince them that this unit and its repair was covered and that they had in fact done this same repair once before. Finally, after nearly 4 weeks, they sent someone to repair the unit. The technician ordered some parts, and scheduled to return on June 21 to complete the repair. The parts were here - but the technician never showed up, nor inform me that they were not coming : I waited all day for them. Then they automatically rescheduled the repair for June 28, when I will be out of town. However, I have no way to contact them directly to reschedule the repair for a different day - all I get is a robot message. I contacted New Leaf 5 separate times between June 21 and June 23, to resolve this problem - but they have failed to resolve this issue , or get the repair completed. So, I am warning everyone, not to depend on New Leaf Service Contracts for effective or "zero hassle claim service" that they advertise, for their very expensive and very ineffective and problematic service contracts. read more

On our search for lighting fixtures, Ferguson was at the top of our list. We arrived to their beautiful, massive showroom and approached the service desk for help. Instead of calling a person or directing us to a representative, she handed us a pager. Yes, a pager, like what you get when queuing at a restaurant. The service clerk told us to browse the showroom and the pager would sound when a salesperson could help us. After spending an hour sauntering through the aisles, the pager never went off. We approached the service clerk, who didn't remedy the problem, only told us we must have missed our pager, thus losing our turn in the queue. Ridiculous. We left and won't be returning for our next project. read more

I ordered appliances through this company pre- Covid. I thought everything was going well but 6 months later I am still trying to complete my kitchen project. Parts were not ordered that were supposed to be, and when I held payment ( to be sure I received my parts) they told me they wouldn't complete my install. I was simply waiting to be assured I actually received all of the proper appliances. Well, now here I am all Paid up and I still haven't gotten all of my parts. We're getting our bathroom redone, and our contractor works with this supplier. They were very friendly and easy going. They let us look around for a while on our own. They have a wide range of items to view and test. They actually have some shower heads hooked up to a water line so you can see what it's like to have the water coming out of the shower at different angles and such. We had delivery scheduled for between 8 and 10 am today. At 10:01, I emailed salesman to see if it was still on target. He did not respond. At 10:28, I called and asked for somebody in logistics to let me know when it would be delivered. He took my number, and did not call back. I called the salesman directly at 10:43, he said he didn't receive email, but took my number and would call me back with delivery info. He did not call back. I then received a text at 11:06 indicating the delivery would be between 12:20 and 12:50, but message also said in 20 minutes. Truck arrived at 11:28, nearly 1.5 hours past time slot provided. When you pay the exorbitant prices for high end appliances, it would seem that the customer service would be of upper caliber, with people creating much better communication and overall customer experience I could have easily ordered this from Custom Distributors, as manufacturer price fixes, so there is nothing to separate distributors, except Customer Service. Based on this experience, I would try Custom Distributors for my next purchase. read more

The worst customer service ever and the worst ran business I have ever dealt with. If you want your products you purchase or a shower door to get installed- you better be prepared to make at least 10 phone calls after you make the buy. There seems to be a common theme of bad customer service with this place... Nothing has changed. Tried to stop in today to check out the store, hardly greeted by the woman sitting at the desk right in front of the door. We walked around a bit... this place is massive and a bit overwhelming and circled back to see if we could have someone to help us. She claimed all sales people were busy with other customers, though I didn't see a single person in the store who appeared to work there, and the only other customers in the store were an elderly couple who seemed to be going at it on their own. She offered us a pager but couldn't give us any idea when someone would be available. We were on our lunch breaks and were unable to jusy hang out all afternoon. Needless to say we will not be back. For the amount of money we probably would have dropped there, a little friendliness would certainly go a long way. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Terrible customer service! The guy in their warehouse was a complete jerk when picking up my toilet. We ordered it a couple days in advance and was told it would be ready for pick up in the warehouse. When I went to pick it up I was told it would be 30 minutes until it was ready. I even came over an hour past pick up time. Plus, the Kohler toilet I bought at Ferguson was cast wrong and is slightly tilted! I'll never shop here ever again. read more

Just left Ferguson and I must say every associate we met provided us with outstanding customer service. We specifically worked with Shelly who was not only knowledgeable, but patient with us as we made our selections. Considering we were there to outfit an entire house, our meeting lasted longer than expected. The staff kindly offered us refreshments and even snacks to the kids which was much appreciated. Having read the prior reviews, our expectations for today's visit weren't that high. But I'm happy to say we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely use Ferguson for not only our plumbing needs, but also for our lighting and appliances. I do recommend scheduling an appointment so you are guaranteed someone is available to assist you. There is so much to see, so it's helpful to have an associate navigate you through the showroom.
