Fun to visit the pumpkin patch, did not go beyond the patch and the storefront though so can't comment on the rest. I will say the way it's handled is pretty terrible though, having some college kids try and understand how to manage the insane level of traffic they get is not the smartest decision. The staff located in the patch and shop are nice but everything in there is overly priced and most of it mass produced outside of their location (i.e. the stuffed animals). Of what we bought - some apple cider donuts and pumpkins, the donuts did NOT disappoint, they were fantastic even if they started going stale only about 2 days later. The other problem, also an issue of longevity, is that the pumpkins were rotting within 3 days. read more

Our family has been coming to Ferguson's every year for the past four or so years. We love it so much that we drive from the Minneapolis area to keep the tradition alive. There are tons of activities for families and children such as tractor rides, petting zoo, apple and pumpkin picking, a spinning apple, gigantic pile of hay to play on, haunted house, a pedal tractor race track and much more. It seems like every year they add new activities! Inside the main building, they have specialty food products and apples for sale along with a bakery/ deli where you can pick up fresh strudels, cakes, Carmel apples, hot dogs and beverages. Fun place for kids. Reasonable price - good variety of apples.

Don't bring your kids. They will charge you $10 for each of them and all family members. It would have cost us $50 to pick apples only today. And that didn't include the apples. We went to Ekers Apple Orchard 1 mile away. So much better. No $50 surcharge to go pick apples with your family! read more
