(Which would include the University). This park is located amongst it. Don't let the stigma of the area discourage you, you drive up & see a normal neighborhood filled with mostly working class folks and this park with a small playground, baseball field, basketball courts, skate park & parking surrounding it. Clean restrooms & Pet friendly too. Even though I saw dog crap through out, it wasn't as much as the other popular trails. You have lots of trails & options - no markers, but it's wide open, self explanatory & you won't get lost. You got a good view of the area all around. Although from pictures it looks big, it's relatively under 2 miles. I did close to 3 miles doing laps. Coming down can be tricky with the rocky dirt inclines - wear good comfortable shoes with good tread & just use caution going down because you'll slide. And your not too far to drive up towards Arrowhead & Crestline, etc., more options to explore.

This park has a little of everything to entertain the kids. It has a ginormous water fountain where you can splash your face on a nice hot sunny day, or just sit down and enjoy the sound of running water. They also have bug land, where the kids can climb on top of giant caterpillars, lady bugs, and even a giant frog. The other climbing part of the park is the pirates ship area. They have a giant size boat the kids can climb on, and also some smaller boats to hide in. It's a great place to play hide-and-seek. The remodeled side of the park now includes a fun playground for the kids that took the place of the foam hills. The playground includes cool new features that are not at your old school parks. Lastly, this park also offers an aquatics and basketball club that you can join, or if you would like to rent the place for a party (non-pandemic) they also offer packages for groups. No BBQ grills available

This was named in honor of Bud Bender's dedication in coaching the Rialto's youth in softball and baseball leagues. The park is kept clean. Ample parking space Rent a Park Shelter which is a large covered picnic space with benched tables, and barbecue pits for use. Rental requires reservations and permit. Lighted baseball fields with a Little League field that has shaded spectators' bleacher seats and a T-ball field Pony League field Restroom shelter A playground with toddler's and big kid's slide equipment and swing set. Love the kids park! We frequent it, the kids love jt, it's super cute woodsy theme and has a good…read morewalking path and large grass area for little family games. We have showed up to reserve grass space for Easter in the past, once the grass was insanely wet and puddled in some areas but other than that it was really nice. Our most recent experience was renting the space for an event and that was the first huge disappointment. When we arrived for set up on a Sunday, the floor was absolutely filthy from the prior days event, there was food sitting and smeared on the ground, what looked like juice spilled so some areas were sticky, baby shower toys/trinkets and other small trash all over the place. One of the employees showed up to put out a sign that the space was reserved for us so that was nice and at that point we inquired about the cleaning and he said he would call to have someone come out. The person that came mentioned that did come and clear out trash and replenish the restrooms b it when we mentioned the floor they said that's not something they wash off for Sundays after a Saturday party (which is surprising if true but very disappointing g and gross). We asked if we could at least have a broom or if they had a leaf blower to at least get some of the food and trash blown off and he did. It was just unfortunate because we had already started set up by the time he showed up and started blowing the trash off. So just a heads up to inquire for your events about the cleaning of the floors and arrive early enough to find out if it needs cleaning because there was pasta and other food being stepped in and spread around during set up so that was a huge let down.
