We stayed here for one night on our walk through the Correze and Lot regions. The room was simple but comfortable. Fernande and her husband were very friendly and provided an excellent evening meal comprising a range of local and home-grown delicacies. We were pleased to be able to stay in Curemonte as it breaks an otherwise long day's walking from Collonges-la-Rouge to Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne. This seems to be the only accommodation in this beautiful village (and not listed on any other websites that we found), so we were very happy to have discovered this chambre d'hote. We were the only guests and I suspect if we hadn't booked, they may not have been open that evening. read more
