I was told that they were stuck on another job and asked if I could reschedule. I agreed to this for the next day. The person then told me that they were very backed up and had a minimum price of $850 for small jobs. They said because of their workload, they had to charge more for small jobs. That's fine, and I understand that all contractors are busy right now. However, their company needs to be transparent about this before scheduling appointments with future clients. I came home from work early and changed other plans in order to meet for an estimate. I am disappointed with the professionalism of this company, and would not recommend. I will support a local business to complete this job.
