The Panino #1 had a lot of prosciutto, which was delicious, but it only came with two olives for…read morethe entire sandwich and just a few cherry tomatoes. Because of that, it was pretty dry. I'd definitely recommend asking for a sauce or maybe some vinegar when you order.
I asked the server if I could have a lemon to help with the dryness, and she initially told me no...more than once. At the same time, she kept asking whether I was paying with cash or card before addressing my request. I didn't think asking for a lemon was unreasonable, so I stood my ground. Eventually, she brought me the lemon, and then I paid. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and came across as rude.
The Panino #8 was really good and I enjoyed it, but it could definitely use a lot more pistachio sauce. I'd recommend asking for extra when you order because the flavor is great...it just needs more of it.
Overall, the food has a lot of potential, especially if you make a couple of small adjustments to your order. I just wish the customer service had matched the quality of the food.
