I don't have much business at a UPS store but I always opt to do my Amazon returns there because I like going so much. That said, they offer a ton of services like printing all sorts of things, copying, shipping, ect. I've never waited more than 2 minutes in line and I am always met with a smile and kindness. I've only seen it with 2 (usually 3 or 4) workers behind the counter so it runs much more efficiently than other UPS locations I've been to. Again, the workers are always so sweet. Side note: it also smells really good in there. That feels weird to say but it's genuinely a pleasure going there.
