Last year, the work was slow, taking about 2 months to complete my return, but the work seemed ok. I decided to try them again this year and could not be more disappointed. The assistant is helpful and responsive but that is the only positive. I had to call multiple times to follow up on my return which took over 2 months to complete and had many errors. I had no communication with the accountant who prepared my returns after submitting documents online. He asked me no questions. Mistakes ranged from getting my name wrong to filing the incorrect status to saying I owed an amount that was actually a refund. I was given an explanation that it is very busy. Yes, it is tax season. I would recommend not taking on more clients than you can effectively service. I will not be returning.

I had visited several accounting firms before coming to this one; all had either refused to help me file my taxes due to how last minute it was or wanted to charge me an insanely high price (double to triple their usual fee). Anna, their main CPA, was more than willing to help me out without charging me a crazy inflated price. Due to the difficult nature of my return (which included several states, a company, some stocks, and foreign income), tax firms often don't know how to file my return properly. There would always be something wrong with my return and I would always have to request for amendments, which is time consuming and tedious. However, I was reassured by a staff member, Katie, that my return is in good hands since this accounting firm specializes in this type of return. I was told to "drop off" my documents and come back in a few days to pick it up with my return. At first, I was really skeptical about this because I had never done a "drop off" before. Essentially, I was to leave my documents with them until my return is ready for pick up. I usually have my return done in front of me and on the spot so I was a little nervous about it. And guess what? I worried for nothing! My return was done before I knew it and Katie was so kind as to explain to me why and how my return came out to be what it was. To sum it up, great customer service, cheap price for excellent quality work, and totally exceeded my expectations.
