Recently I brought my son in to see his partner Dr Davidson, what a great doctor! Great addition to Dr Becker's practice. Dr Simon recently did a surgery on me and I am very happy with results, because no one was ever brave enough to offer it to me. After my surgery I got new pair of orthotics-man I feel brand new! My son had injection done by Dr. Davidson and said he has the softest touch ever. Will def continue referring patients to this practice.

I had experienced immediate improvement. Shortly after this I felt a sharp pain in the calf muscle, while played tennis. Could not work at all. Dr. been on vacation that time. Orthopedic surgeon prescriptions and advises didn't really help. When returned, Dr Becker again been on top. I haven't experienced serious issues recently and visit him every 2 months for cosmetic reasons. I always looking forward to those visits. Full transparency- I'm siting in my car from the parking lot downstairs. Now heading for the suit 303, I called again to ask what's the process and was told again, 'we will be with you shortly,' ....okay, no problem. I made it to the door no less than 2 mins after. I sat outside patiently waiting, people coming and going .... Still nothing. After waiting for 20 minutes, I walked up to the door and called the number again, asking for status. I was then told I would need to reschedule! Wait, what, why would I need to reschedule if I made it to the Appt on time and waited as I was told? After a brief back and forth with the woman on the phone, someone comes outside with the attempt to scold me about not following instructions. What instructions, none was provided, to begin with! Needless to say, I didn't continue with the appointment because I was treated poorly from the start. This was a complete waste of my time. I'm sure they have good doctors, but your office staff represent the Happy Feet practice and should be less petty and more professional when asked to clarify the check-in progress.

Dr. Zaiff has never rushed me, always answers my questions, and makes sure to fully explain everything that is part of my treatment. Jackie, his assistant, is also very nice and organized. I've never needed to wait more than a few minutes for the doctor and I'm usually out of the office within 15 minutes. Dr. Zaiff has the rare mix of a warm and caring personality and incredible medical competence. The entire staff, from the receptionists, to Dr. Zaiff are fantastic. I highly recommend this practice.

He…read moreresolved both my kids' ingrown toenail issues - distal/tip and proximal/base - with minimal pain, talking us through the process to manage expectations and what to look out for should it recur. Numbing injections were used for the proximal correction and nitrogen spray for the distal. It was completed efficiently and cleanly. 2-wk follow-up appointments were scheduled prior to leaving, to ensure healing process is on track (good-to-go). Received a follow-up call 4 weeks later to check to see if the proximal case needed to be revisited (boy, do they know they're timelines!) - which it did. Wishing they took our new insurance as we wanted to go back for surgery to correct the issue for good but since they're now out-of-network, ended up scheduling elsewhere closer to home. We'll see how that goes, but I would definitely go back to them if we could! Only thing challenging about this location is the street parking (meter), if you can find one. Best to have someone drive you and wait. They're pretty quick on service anyway.

Dr. Samofal knew the issue instantly and was very good in explaining it to my wife and I. He said since we caught the problem early, we can fix it without any surgery. That was great news. Dr. Samofal gave us orthotics and showed us exercises to do. My daughter is 4 now and we have seen Dr. Samofal several times since the first visit. Her problem is getting better and she no longer has any knee pain. Dr. Samofal has been instrumental and pleasant throughout the entire time. His staff is great too. I went into the office to pay my bill with a Personal Check, not a check from my insurance co. I…read morehanded the CSR my check with the bill. I was immediately told that I had to sign the back of the check. I told the CSR that the check was made out to St.Mary's General Medical Group not me so why did I have to endorse the back of the check? The CSR then turned around and told the Male who was standing behind the desk that I did not want endose the back of the check. I then said I have never endorsed a personal check made out to a business. The male, WHO BY THE WAY, TOLD ME HE WAS NOBODY when I asked who he was then proceded to tell me that THERE IS A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING!!!! My reply was "really in banking without instructions." This NOBODY,(as he called himself) then proceded to go on a condensending and sarcastic rant on How I was telling him that he did not know the procedure in the office. I told him that what he was saying was not true, I did not say that he did not know the procedure only that I had never heard of that policy before and there were no instructions on the bill directing me to endorse my check. Mr. NOBODY then proceded to say "WELL I TOLD YOU THERE IS A FIRST TIME FOR EVERTHING." The doctors in the office are excellent. I am a Nurse, for 40 yrs. who has worked with one ofthe doctors at a hospital . Mr. NOBODY is horrible, angry & sarcastic. He is not professional and his preformace only proves my point. The staff is employed not by the two doctors in the office but by the corporation PRIME. The information in the photo circled in RED states how to address your personal check for payment. MR NOBODY needs to review that information.
