She greedily collects revenue from Aetrex Orthotics Company by falsely posing as their 'Medical Consultant'. I did not misunderstand her staff, when she pretended to be the actual Doctor. She never interrupted me while I was 'consulting in detail' regarding potential for the Aetrex Orthotic 'Albert 3D Scanner' as the solutions to my unique condition. After wasting my time, she transferred me to the office's 'supposed Aetrex Specialist'. This 2nd woman lacked the ability to comprehend the most basic details, and responded with an entirely misconceived notion of the reason for my call. I was misled by Janine Ferrigno-Taddeo, due to her insincerity in posing as Aetrex Medical Consultant. Due to this nonsense, invaluable time was lost contacting the simple-minded staff of this dishonest practitioner. I sincerely feel that this poor result is applicable to anticipated in-office consultations, and any subsequent treatment by Janine Ferrigno-Taddeo. To be clear, Aetrex is a genuinely caring group who continues to help people globally with magnificently effective Orthotic Footwear Inserts, footwear, and ever-innovated high tech foot scanners to ascertain the appropriate prefabricated orhotics. I hope that they will consider a genuinely caring replacement for their current 'Medical Consultant'. I could never place my faith in Janine, and will never believe that she had any part in technical development of Aetrex Orthotic inserts. It is unfeasible that she made a single contribution in development of the ever-improving Albert Scanner series. She is scamming Aetrex Orthotics, and potential customers in need, by failing to fulfill her phony status as as 'Medical Consultant'. Her staff is sadly dishonest, unintelligent and inept at best. There is no excuse. Money for nothing. PO$ER Janine Ferrigno-Taddeo would never be my choice as a podiatrist. I would opt for an equine veterinarian instead. 'Genuine Trust, Integrity and Honor' must be the founding priority for any Medical Practitioner who takes a Hippocratic Oath to Do No Harm. Making a Cameo appearance on the Aetrex Orthotics website has cost me excessive time, and impacted my life. My Wild Goose Chase is undeniably due to Janine's di$hone$t 'money for nothing' priority, in pursuit of unscrupulous revenue, for doing absolutely nothing whatsoever. Sadly, Janine Ferrigno-Taddeo is cut from the same cloth as those uninvited loud female doctors who advertise sans conscience. Those many who invade our homes to interrupt movies and shows. They promoting ineffective and high-priced supplements, and big pharma concoctions that make people ill, and worse. Never effective as advertised, and the companies they promote intentionally fail to cancel auto-delivery if you naive enough to give your CC data. It's present in every muscle movement you have. Without proprioception, you wouldn't be able to move without thinking about your next step. Bedside manners and customer service always a 10 out of 10. Fist bumping at multiple points during the conversation, which turned into a classroom at some points. Demonstration of how soft tissue and bone heal in the body. Demonstration and explanation of how cells repair, scar tissue develops, multiple injuries on top of scar tissue healing, and the likelihood for increase injury over the age of 50 if current injuries are not treated properly to ensure that the body experiences lower chances for injury over the age of 50. Always inclusion in the treatment plan which is a team agreement. Extremely patient and friendly always. Always open to listening to the patient's perspective, disagreeing or respectfully, providing guidance as the practitioner who's the expert in the room at this point, lots of laughter always, talks about general things going on in both of our lives which always makes the experience a one-on- one, and overall super personable. This is what a practitioner is always supposed to make their patients feel like regardless of the specialty we are seeking service for. I will always keep my practitioners who I have these relationships with regardless of how far I have to drive to see them. By the way my podiatrist is always available via phone, email, and for emergency visits. He definitely will have what I call and request completed within an hour so I can move on with the rest of my day.

Dr. Neufeld knows what he's talking about. He's treated me for plantar warts and ingrown toenails…read moremostly, and always successfully. Also for a sprained ankle several years ago. He worked on my brother for a broken foot (5th metatarsal) which luckily didn't need surgery (a screw in his foot) due to his help getting him a bone stimulator. He has an excellent staff and they know a lot of different languages if English is not your native one. When you go to his office you can expect a wait, but I've seen that with any doctor's office. Pretty standard stuff. Check if your insurance is covered there first, as with any medical provider's office; I saw some lady getting mad about something related to that while I was there. I never had any problems though. I just got a referral from my primary doctor whenever I went. The doctor himself is smart and a friendly guy; he's really good at explaining what is wrong with your foot/ankle and what you need to do to get better. If you don't listen to him you will probably get reprimanded the next time you go see him! So if he says "stay off that foot" he really means it. I miss having Dr. Neufeld as my podiatrist; once I moved away it became kind of a far commute to get foot treatment in NJ. It should also be noted that, based on all of my positive experiences with Dr. Neufeld, I wrote him a jingle; I'm still waiting for my royalties. No one knows crooked toes like Dr. Neufeld knows!

At the time I was in a lot of pain and pretty panicked. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Neufeld pretty easily after getting a referral from my PCP and after a short wait he saw me in his office. The person that did the x-rays was a nice guy. And my ankle healed up just fine after Dr. Neufeld treated me. Since then I've been back to his office once for an ingrown toenail.. I know, gross.. but you gotta get that stuff taken care of. It hurts!!!! Dr. Neufeld is gentle, has a way of making you feel at ease, and is experienced. If I have any more foot problems I'll definitely be back to see him.
