I am sharing this to document our experience and to help others make informed decisions. They also…read morewere dishonest, stating his company was licensed through the state, which is required. After research, we found they are not licensed through the state and proper authorities have been notified. The Company's name is: All About Roofing And Remodeling LLC. We paid this company for work that was left incomplete and improperly done. The issues we encountered include, but are not limited to: * Placed tile flooring over vinyl flooring. * Not removing flooring to see if there was any dry rot or mold (which there was). * Cracked vanity (brand new), that was "caulked" to try to hide the damage. * A leaking pipe that was not repaired or shut off, but instead wrapped in a sweatshirt, causing water damage to our ceiling. Please note, we did not have any leaks before they started the job. * A ceiling repair followed by several additional leaks. * Newly repaired plumbing that was damaged again when a screw was driven into the pipes by an inexperienced "contractor." Poor Workmanship Throughout: * Damaged flooring, visible and invisible leaks from the tub, excessive caulking/glue residue, paint on a new vanity, substandard painting on doors, and cracked ceiling and caulking. In addition, there were consistent Professionalism Concerns: * Failure to show up as scheduled * Leaving the job site unattended for extended periods without communication * Leaving debris and mess behind * Left power tools and trash in our hallway for days, causing a dangerous situation for my children. * Lack of responsiveness after payment was made. After the fact, I discovered a pattern of similar complaints reflected in other reviews. This has been an extremely frustrating and costly experience. Additional note: the individual working on our bathroom was allegedly arrested the evening he left our home, which is extremely concerning. I strongly advise others to avoid this company completely for your own sanity and piece of mind. The work will likely be less then standard, leaving you with repairing issues you did not have before, due to their inexperienced "skills." Below are photos of the work that was not done properly.
