It was hard to find any reviews except testimonials on Reed Builders when checking him out. We cannot establish a relationship without receiving the help. This is a missed opportunity for Durkie to receive a long standing business relationship. Maybe this company is busy enough to turn away work. We understand that a possible maintenance service from this company would establish a customer base but they just lost any future business. Also, if we were customers we were quoted $425 just to dispatch an emergency call. This seems excessive, but we were willing to pay it. The service tech did offer to come out tomorrow (Monday). How would tomorrow make us a customer? Unfortunately, there is just not an interest in working.

He acknowledged that we did, then said that "something come up", and that he met to call me. I then ask why he didn't. James Farris had no answer, but then attempted to commit to another time. I don't know a thing about HVAC and was a little overwhelmed with all the decisions that go into replacing a whole system. I never felt rushed to decide and a lot of the choices were explained to me a couple of times until I had an understanding. The install took several days and they send a text to alert you the team is en route. They also partner with some financing companies and alerted me to rebates and tax deductions that are earned with an upgrade. Class outfit. Good people!
