In fact Thornaby's window is the same size as Ingleby's, but the manager said he welcomes Ingleby's business and their policy is to open the door to take parcels in. He added that his post office happily welcomes Ingleby's growing ebay business community and that nothing is too much work for his staff. Perhaps the staff at Ingleby Barwick post office would benefit from a course in customer service and business etiquette?
