I remember when this mall ( and the rest of the stores in Quebec) was closed on Sundays- The day of rest. The mall has an array of of chain shops from the US, Canada and Europe. A very interesting place to check out. The shops range from high end shops to practical dollar stores. This is a great place to spend a killer cold winter weekend day. I try hard not to make purchases here as the exchange rate is not strong as it was in the 90's.

After I'd ordered it, I got a notice the day she shipped it that she couldn't find that specific lunch box, but she had one from the same series that she shipped me. I wanted the specific lunch box I'd ordered not one in the same series. If she didn't have the specific lunch box I ordered, I wish she would have just refunded the money--there were other sellers on the website that offered the exact lunch box and I simply would have ordered it from another vendor. Instead, she sent me a lengthy postcard regarding how her business was suffering because of Covid and her husband had passed away and she was losing her business. While I'm not unsympathetic, that doesn't make for a good excuse as far as sending me something I didn't order or want. I imagine her thought was it was better to send me something rather than take my money and send me nothing. I guess I've learned a valuable lesson--contact the vendor prior to forking over my hard earned cash to make sure they actually know where the item is and will send me that specific item. I can't recommend that you buy from this woman on line.

This is basically a milk bar where you can purchase glass-bottled milk, snd other dairy foods. The ambiance and look is charming. You can see this is a local's favourite. The good: Lots of milk, all in good old fashioned glass bottle (that you can return). Accessories like glasses and t-shirts (yep!) available. They have a variety of cheeses, spreads, and other dairy products. Staff is magnificent and resourceful, they made us tru a few spreads (and we ended up getting some). The design of the place is very modern and neat. The bad: There is nothing bad with the place, but the locals make you feel like you really are in their way, so it is really hard to shop without getting that annoying feeling of being a nuisance. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. Their products are also in local grocery stores, but you will be missing out on the charm of this place.
