Mom had to go in for surgery, and one of the things she wouldn't be able to do for several weeks was walk her two dogs. Let me clarify these are not little things that fit into purses. She owns Real DOGS, well, the large variety that tend to sometimes pull (yank) their owner/walker. Deciding between Wag! and Fetch, I believe she stayed with Fetch since she could have the same dog walker daily where one may not have that option otherwise. One of the dogs is temperamental (or not friendly in general for the honest truth) and we were hoping having the same walker would help this particular dog adapt. T(h)eresa was our dog walker, and that first day, well, the dogs had to be walked separately by a stranger with my mom going with her. This did not fare well for the either pet. As I stayed in with the other one, I never heard them carry on so much as I did. I was wondering how Theresa was doing on the outside...and if we could expect her back the following day? I'm happy to say over the course of a couple months, this worked out beautifully. Eventually the dogs went along with her, and she even got to know them well enough to see a c-a-t in advance as so to distract our pets since they tend to fly off the handle at these things. The dogs are back to their normal walk with their rightful owner, but I'm so grateful we had someone like Teresa to help out when needed. Punctual, thoughtful and kind, I hope everyone who uses Fetch! has a great experience like we did. Very grateful to have the people at Fetch! help us out during this difficult time.

I'm sure all the vets are great, but I have been using Dr. Browning and trust her as much as my own doctors. She's brilliant very authentic won't get on the ground and kiss your dog like some other vets, but I'll trade that for her expertise. All the amazing staff knows my dog - they've been there for years- Chevy is 15 I go every three months for check ups and he has quite the following as always so well-behaved. A Staffordshire terrier/pitbull ambassador for bully breeds who in the world at restaurants stores is so well-behaved and it's always the little dogs barking at him. He loves shopping, always at the mall especially in summer heat- Adopt dont shop.

We've been with them for almost 5 years, since we had Dr. Doolie and Dr. Ali. Both of them were very kind, friendly, and attentive. Every time we brought our cats in, we were able to meet and speak with the doctor--even during regular visits--which showed how much they cared. Yesterday , we were told that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to see the new doctor, since it was "just a vaccine" visit for my cat. That really surprised me. It's not about the money--we're always willing to do whatever is needed for our cats--but it made me feel like the doctor doesn't truly care. When it comes to your pets, it's normal to want to see and talk to the doctor, especially with someone new. This has never happened before, so it feels like it's all about business now. P.S. The staff are always kind and lovely--we still appreciate them--but we're just too disappointed to come back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Pet Lover Central in Boca Raton was…read moretroubling enough that I feel other dog owners should be aware. From the start, communication was disorganized. I had already sent in my dogs' vaccine records, yet I was asked to resend them because staff couldn't access the email address I was originally told to use. This was frustrating and felt like an unnecessary waste of time. When I picked up my dogs, several issues raised serious concerns for me. Their bed was returned broken, some of their toys were missing, none of their food was given back, and all of their treats were untouched which made me question what level of care they actually received during their stay. For a bill of nearly $900 for just three and a half days, I expected far better. What made the situation worse was the lack of urgency in addressing these concerns. Days went by without resolution, leaving me feeling that my time and my dogs' well-being were not valued. This was not the experience I anticipated, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this facility. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because no pet owner should have to feel this way after trusting a business with their animals.

I have left my dog buddy with kennels at some of the nicest vet hospitals in the area, only to come to find he'd been living in a small cage, on a cement floor, with 100+ dogs barking their heads off. Typically he would be given two 5 minute walks per day just to go to the bathroom, and would have no additional human interaction otherwise. At Matthew's Dog Sitting, Buddy gets 3 walks a day, has had his diet personally monitored and managed (in case he gets an upset tummy), 24 hour love and attention, and has even been allowed to sleep in their bed when he got terrified during a thunderstorm. I can't say how fortunate I am to have found this place for Buddy, and intend to continue taking him here as needed.
