The support staff has no clue what medicine you dog is on or at what price they charged - because that changes each time you get the medicine. For the exact same medicine, we were told it was $14, $40, $100, and $400. Each time it is different and yet the support staff has no clue. Day care for my dogs is hit and miss. I've had a few times where my dog has come back with scratches and bleeding from his head. Dogs play rough at times, I get that, but they seem to have plenty of people out there watching the dogs and should be able to monitor these things before they get out of control - which they don't seem to do. There are a few employees which do a fantastic job, but for the most part, that isn't the case. For what they charge at CMAH, the service should be way better and accurate.

I'm sure when the owner is home, their dogs go out during the day. Leaving dogs alone all day outside, any professional that cares will not agree with that. Drowning in the pool, owls, hawks, coyotes, theft, heatstroke, digging out, snakes, alligators. From the start, communication was disorganized. I had already sent in my dogs' vaccine records, yet I was asked to resend them because staff couldn't access the email address I was originally told to use. This was frustrating and felt like an unnecessary waste of time. When I picked up my dogs, several issues raised serious concerns for me. Their bed was returned broken, some of their toys were missing, none of their food was given back, and all of their treats were untouched which made me question what level of care they actually received during their stay. For a bill of nearly $900 for just three and a half days, I expected far better. What made the situation worse was the lack of urgency in addressing these concerns. Days went by without resolution, leaving me feeling that my time and my dogs' well-being were not valued. This was not the experience I anticipated, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this facility. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because no pet owner should have to feel this way after trusting a business with their animals.
