Our wedding venue search scattered in Southern California included: vineyards/wineries, urban lofts in Downtown LA, country clubs, hotels, private estates, and beach clubs. After doing a seemingly endless amount of site visits, we came across Fete the Venue. Did it have the picturesque vineyard in the background? No. Instead, I was safe from insects all day, especially mosquitoes. Could I hear the waves hitting the shoreline? No, but I heard my wife's vows clearly during the outdoor ceremony and didn't worry about my hair going rogue in the breeze. Unfortunately, I had attended outdoor weddings that had limited ability to come up with a contingency plan. This detail was important for us to keep in mind when selecting a venue. It was also important that we had the flexibility in selecting our vendors, including our late night bites. Disclaimer: this is a review as a guest, not as someone who rented out this place as I'm reading over the reviews. ------------------ Stumbling in on an overcast day, in my suit with an oversized wedding gift, we arrived at Fete the venue in Costa Mesa. Parking was limited as such is the venue but it makes sense as it was an intimate gathering for close friends. After checking in, we were enjoying Furiwa catering out in the courtyard. Allow me to set the scene, vintage glass lights crisscrossed the horizon, surrounded by modern wooden fence and lush green lawn. Makes for a scenic backdrop for memorable pictures. Now on to the food, furiwa's fried shu mai is the most SCRUMPTIOUS food you will ever taste! It was crunchy, rich in umami flavor in the center, with a kick of spice before BLOSSOMING into a subtle, delicate sweet aftertaste. If Willy Wonka made Dim Sun, this ever changing Shu Mai would be it! 100 Willy Wonkas out of 10 rating. The egg roll was also good but not as great. 3/5 stars even though it made for a very nice picture! The inside of fete was like a warehouse which is so cool for wedding reception these days. Fete being French for a great celebration or feast is appropriately named as the venue provided for a nice, intimate, but wild atmosphere. The bar in the back is permanent and provided lots of drinks such as midori sour, old fashioned, cranberry/pineapple vodka, Cuba libre. All in all, 5/5 stars for this venue! read more

Words can't describe how impressed I am with this venue! We just had our wedding at this location and the service was incredible! They were able to accommodate our last minute requests. We originally going to have our wedding in a backyard but it grew to too many people. They were able to provide outstanding catering as well! Our ceremony and reception was so beautiful. A huge shout out to our sales rep and all of the wonderful ladies that work in the office! They made us feel so special and we will never forget that! Thank you so much for everything. It can be designed to be classic, modern, traditional, or whimsical.  From a vendor perspective, we love working with properties that are innovative, have the client's best interests, and always willing to work as a team to create the client's vision.  We have had the honor to coordinate and provide floral services in their space.  Not only are their pricing competitive, but one of the few properties in orange county that can accommodate a large guest count.  They also have a variety of partnerships with caterers who provide cultural cuisine to fit any wedding/event palette.  A true gem in orange county.  We have seen this venue transform from weddings to corporate meetings/luncheons.  I would highly recommend reaching out if your looking for an event space. read more

We had our perfect wedding at Fete the Venue on 11/11/23 and we loved this venue! When I started to look for venues I fell in love with them immediately, but kept looking because I felt it was too good to be true to find a venue this quickly. But as I continued my search, I came to realize that it is too good, and it is true! Sarah was great to work with and she was our main contact at Fete. There were times where I would have to re-email her to get a response, but I had to do this with other vendors as well. Even with a few delayed responses, she was kind and professional. The Venue also made it easy to switch payment methods when needed. She gave us a lot of good recommendations and was so easy going and accommodating with a lot of our requests. She definitely wanted to make sure we had a great time. We had 9 bridesmaids and 8 groomsmen and I felt we were able to fit in the Bride and groom's Suite just fine. We did also have parents, and vendors floating around too and it still felt comfortable. But more than that, maybe not haha. When we did our initial walk through with Sarah we saw the groom's suite and it was not bad, but ever since they updated it, I could not wait to get my husband in there and see all of the photos from the day! It is so sleek and just gorgeous. Any groom and his party would think it was perfect for them. I'm glad both parties were able to get perfect spaces. A few things I would bring to any bride and groom's attention about Fete is that they have some restrictions and requirements such as no fog machines, dry ice machines, no sparklers, and no shots at the bar. And if you would like a signature drink at your wedding, you HAVE to get the top drink package or pay for each signature drink individually. They state this is because the signature drink will most likely be the most popular drink (Which it may be) and they will need to buy more of the ingredients to comply with the demand. I understand this, just wish I would have known this prior. However, we still had the open bar and our guests were happy with the drinks and beers that were available. Also all vendors must sign a one time vendor agreement, and provide proof of insurance. Our hair and make-up artist were freelance and did not have insurance, but Sarah provided me with a web page to get a day of insurance for about $100-$120. Our Hair and make up artist were accommodating and we were able to get that easily taken care of. So if you have your dream vendor picked out but they are not insured, that is a conversation you will need to have with them, and another task to do. But most vendors will have likely run into this before so it wasn't an issue as they know the drill. With that being said, I understand as a business why they do this. But as the consumer, it is information to know to see if this is your perfect venue. Another piece of information is that Fete has a list of exclusive caters that they offer you to use, but if you decide to go with an outside caterer, they charge a $2,500 buy out fee. We did go with one of their exclusive caterers (All Above Catering), and we were more than happy with them. This venue and the exclusive caterer did not charge a service fee, which I think is huge. Outside caterers were quoting us thousands, and sometimes charging more than what was offered with Fete. So with the service fee from other caterers, and the buy out fee, it just made more financial sense to go with an exclusive vendor. Another reason to go wit an exclusive vendor is because you know they will work well with the venue and you can have the piece of mind that both vendors will keep the other in check. I will say we did spend a pretty penny on our entire wedding, and of course, food, drinks, and venue were a big chunk of that, but I wouldn't change a thing. After our wedding we were surprised to find a card in the mail a few weeks after our wedding from Fete with a thank you and congratulatory message. We thought that was so sweet and a nice touch. The venue is beautiful and they seem to always be making new updates or normal upkeep to keep the venue looking prestigious. This venue is very versatile to host any theme wedding or event. With that being said, I would absolutely recommend Fete! Thank you for being a part of our special day! read more

Attended a party at this place last night. It is in an industrial part of Costa Mesa / Newport Beach area. It is a warehouse that has been converted to a party venue. The transformation was amazing as there were chandlers everywhere and great lighting. A stage for the DJ. And the back was converted under a tent where they served a variety of food. This one of my favorite venues in Orange County. Fete, The Venue is perfect for any event. Corporate, weddings, or social. I love the vibe and how the place is interior designed. It is like a modern provincial French look. The wood chandeliers are one of my favorite elements. I had an event here and working with the Venue Sales Manager, Christina G. was great. Christina made it so easy. She was professional, knowledgeable, and has an amazing personality. It is hard to find a sales/events manager who is so good and has a background in all aspects of events. Seriously, loved working with her. The owner, Kristi R. was fabulous and you can tell the venue is her baby. It is beautiful and well done and executed. Kristi is so on top of it and personable as well. What a great team! Here are some bonus points about. They have bars already at there. Their lounge vignettes are charming and chic! The chair that goes with the venue is a fruitwood chiavari chair, which is great because it is not an ugly corporate looking or folding chair that you see at a community center's bingo night. If you are a bride, they have one of my favorite bridal suites. Even the restrooms are nice. They even have an in-house sound system and AV. Projectors and screens are available and so perfect for corporate events. What is great is they have their in-house catering company called Above All Catering. Their food is do good and they created a wood swing that matches the venue perfectly. An event can have their cheese and charcuterie display on their. Fete review Best venue in SoCal! As a catering company, we work at many different venues, and Fete the Venue is by far our favorite. It's the best! We have catered for a variety of unique events there, and the ballroom transfers to whatever theme you can dream up. It's a blank slate to work with, very light and airy, and the high ceilings give it a nice open look. It's exciting to see how different the room looks each time we are there. The outside patio is a wonderful option for your guests to get a breath of fresh air, or set the theme for the event, and it is a beautiful ceremony site. Opening the roll-up doors make an awesome grand entrance for any event, especially a Wedding reception. It is on one level, so there are no stairs or elevators to deal with, and very convenient for the guests to park and enter easily. It's very well maintained, and always clean. There is always staff on-site at every event, so there is never a problem that isn't solved quickly, and everyone is such a pleasure to work with, especially Sarah. She is amazing! From start to finish, Fete the Venue has been nothing short of amazing. Kristi, the owner of the Fete, has been kind, gracious, and wonderful. Just a bit of background, In April 2022, I had to pull out of my original venue for my July 2022 wedding. I was frantically trying to find a venue that would be available and could host our guest count (300-350 guests). Somehow I lucked out and came across The Fete. From the moment I met with Kristi, I felt reassured and at ease. Unlike my previous experience with my original venue, Kristi was very upfront, honest, and genuinely wanted to help us. The Fete is a beautiful and roomy venue. There is a spacious outdoor grassy area that was perfect for our cocktail hour. The outdoor area had enough space for a bar, tables/seating areas, our welcome table, and we even brought in our own lawn games to entertain guests. The inside was even more spacious. Even with our large guest count, we were able to fit everyone without it being cramped. Aside from the chandeliers hanging from the top of the ceilings, the inside is more of a blank canvas. For us, that was what we wanted because we wanted to decorate the inside to match our celestial themed wedding. The bathrooms and bridal suite were clean, luxurious, and beautiful as well. With our guest count we needed to have valet for our wedding. The valet hired by the Fete was very fast and professional, a lot of my guests really liked this service. The bar service was also excellent as well. There was never a long line to get drinks, it was all done so efficiently. My guests couldn't stop raving about the venue. I highly recommend the Fete for anyone planning a special event. From start to finish, Kristi and Sarah have been absolutely wonderful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I never give bad reviews, ever. However this venue is a bunch of crooks. We had an event scheduled here, and due to covid and the governors order to have a mandatory shut down, shelter in place, and quarantine, our event was forced to cancel. Fete the Venue WILL NOT reimburse our money. How were we supposed to have an event in April when everything was shut down? We couldn't. Contract or not, bad business. Shadiness!! People are suffering, losing jobs, and we're out $1500. Not right. *** In reply to your response. Cancelled events due to COVID should have different rules. A lot of people are out a lot of money since you will not give back the deposit. That's a choice, you're choosing not to give back that deposit. Unfortunately for us, we are no longer in business. But we still have to refund money to our customers. The right thing would be for you to do the same!! We had contacted you multiple times to try and rectify this. This event was cancelled due to covid. We have over 100 attendees that will not receive their money back now. Since we did not have the event, that money should be refunded, it cannot be postponed. read more

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews, in fact most of the time when I tell myself I am going to, I never do because I end up feeling bad. This one though, I feel I have to do. Especially for potential brides wanting to book , this venue can ruin your wedding. For reference, we hosted our company holiday party and Fete and had 250 attendees. What do I start? First, Customer service is lacking to say the least. We were met with hostility and felt like a bother anytime we asked a question. When we gave the venue our final plans, they ended up telling us there were multiple items we couldn't have (the day of the event). None of these restrictions were mentioned on the contract and we were very disappointed to have a vision that was shut down hours before our party. The worst part is that the staff seemed to care less. I can continue on CS about how they literally harassed us the day before Thanksgiving for our final payment (we had already paid 80% and needed to move some money around) but I don't want to bore with all the details and the ending is the most important part. When I arrived at the venue as the owner of the company and the one who paid the bill, valet refused to let us self park our car. We were told if we wanted to park our car ourselves, we need to park on the street. The car is a classic and we are very uncomfortable with others driving. We reluctantly gave it because hey, what's the worst that could happen?! We were the first to arrive and no other cars in the lot. The valet got in the car and proceeded to drive the car into a parking spot and right into the curb. It was painful to watch! Once again, the venue manager shows absolutely no remorse and says, "if you told us we would have reserved a parking space for you to park your car." I had no words. She literally tried to make it our fault that valet scratched the car. No apologies and again, not a care for myself, my car, the fact that I was about to host an event for 250 people, nothing. Overall, this venue is an absolute disappointment. I wanted to love it, it's cute, big and a great location, but the pros did not outweigh the cons. I think back as a bride planning my wedding and this venue would have absolutely ruined my day and it is not worth it. We planned a large two-day production at Fete and we were blown away by Christina's attention to detail. Throughout the planning phases leading up to the special celebration, she answered our never-ending questions and always did it with a smile. We've planned events at other venues and it's hard to find venue staff that has a level of compassion for clients like she does. It's also rare to find employees that care about your event as much as you do. Especially if you're planning a special celebration like a wedding, you don't want to feel like you're just another number. Christina's background in events made her instrumental throughout the process as we nailed down an appropriate flow of events and functional layout. Communication was excellent and service on the day-of was above and beyond what we could have expected. As the stress crept in the days leading up to our event, the venue was the least of my worries as Christina keeps her systems and events in great shape. Truly our event wouldn't have been a success without her help and guidance (and patience!). We will definitely be back and highly recommend Fete if you're planning an event. Every bride has their "dream venue." It took me the better half of 6 months to find my venue. I toured over 30+ venues in Southern California. I live in Orange County and I drove south to Fall Brook and Temecula, out to Oak Glen and Palm Springs, and was getting ready to head North to Los Angeles. It was a Sunday afternoon; I missed my first appointment with Fete (accidentally) and they kindly rescheduled. Before the appointment I told my mom "I have this appointment at Fete, I am not sure about this place but who knows." When I walked into the venue I was stunned. I knew immediately it was my venue. The pictures online do not do this venue any justice. The venue is huge, gorgeous, full of textures. It allows every bride to have their own vision come to life. Not only was the venue amazing, but the owners are wonderful. Planning a wedding is difficult. Planning a wedding during a pandemic takes the stress levels to unimaginable places. Having Kristi and her husband, the owners of Fete, helping us every step of the way allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams. They are approachable in all situations and truly provided wonderful customer service! I'm a wedding planner/coordinator for Mellie Bee Events and I have coordinated here a few times now and I have to say Fete the Venue is one of my favorite venues to coordinate at. Not only the Fete team (Christina, Sarah and Kristi) are amazing but the space itself is beautiful! Also have you guys seen the bridal room? Perfect place for the bride and her gals to get ready! My first wedding that I coordinated at the venue had an indoor ceremony which needed to be flipped to reception. I can say that Fete's amazing team and my team together was able to pull it off without a hitch! Fete's team worked together flawlessly, which really made my day even easier. All in all, the space is ginormous and can easily fit 300+ guests. I think its a great place for cultural weddings as well as the venue can accommodate most outside catering (My niche is in Asian Weddings, and shout out to Vivian at Furiwa for being amazing as well!) The decor at the venue is minimal, but essentially a blank space for whatever your heart desires to decorate for your perfect wedding. Fete the Venue was the BEST venue my husband and I could have asked for. Cost was affordable, space is fantastic and planning was almost easy. First of all, Christina Groenewald is hands down the best person. Shout out to the rest of the Fete team as well for being so accomodating and easy to work with. They responded to all of our requests in less than 24 hours and after 60+ emails in the span of the last few months of our wedding, they have by far exceeded my expectations. Their level of attention to detail and customer service is the best I've experienced. PICKING THE VENUE: When we picked a venue, we were deciding between 3 and honestly, the cost of Fete was the most reasonable (with great alcohol options and selections) AND they were the nicest to us. It really made a difference how much they showed that they cared about getting it right and even popped a bottle of champagne for us when we decided them for our venue. Customer service is EVERYTHING and they really showed it. THE SPACE: It's so open and spacious. If you plan to host a wedding of 200+ guests, this is the best place to do it. They have so many customizable options from vendor choices (we did Furiwa as our caterer), Lace & Stems as our florist, and DJ Dzien Productions and everyone seemingly adjusted well to the venue or had already worked with the venue. I knew I wanted a neutral indoor space for our reception & Fete checked both those boxes. My husband and I recently got married at Fete the Venue and it was everything we could have hoped for. The bridal suite is honestly one of the nicest I've seen and getting ready there was so easy and convenient. Even our makeup stylist commented on how great it was! Christina was great to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Our wedding coordinator also worked real well with their team the day - of and had no complaints! This place was terrible. If you're thinking about doing an event here, don't. They will gouge you. Shady business practices, they will try to charge you at the end of the night without telling you the price. We were having a great evening at a wedding, then at the end of the night witness the manager come out to talk to the bride and groom about extra costs, and they wouldn't even tell them how much the extra cost would be! It ruined their wedding. The bridal party had to clean up the place by themselves or else incur this "unknown" cost. And the security guard was aggressive and wanted to fight... what kind of venue is this? If you're a bride or groom looking for a place to host your special day, stay far far away from this place. I have nothing but great things to say about Fete the Venue! All the ladies that work there are so so sweet, and truly care about your event! Not to mention, the venue itself is just beautiful! I was initially afraid of how "large" the space seemed and how to divide up the space, but that is one of the things that make the venue so unique.. you can tailor the venue to how you see fit! My husband and I wanted to throw a cocktail reception for our wedding celebration with 150 guests, with a large dancefloor, several lounge sets, and ample seating, as well as food stations. We definitely wouldn't have had enough space if we went with other venues but FTV was just perfect with the set up and our specific type of event. I primarily worked with Christina at FTV, and she was outstanding. She was so patient with all my questions and countless emails, and was so willing to work within our tight budget! Fast forward to our party - I can't event count how many of my guests said how amazing the venue was; everyone loved it! I hired event coordinators for our party through a separate wedding planner, but the venue also provides a venue assistant. Our venue assistant (I feel so bad, I forgot her name already!) was so on top of things! Whenever I couldn't find the event coordinators that I hired, our venue assistant was always to be found and was open with communicating our questions and concerns with speeding up the food stations with our caterer. I didn't notice this either, but my husband also noticed the venue assistant moving some of the uplighting we had so that it highlighted our food stations so that our guests were aware of the next round of food. I would've expected the event coordinators that I hired to be on top of this kind of stuff so this really showed how dedicated the FTV team is to your event! The venue also has 2 large projectors that we used to display our elopement photos, which our guests really loved getting an insight to our wedding since it was a private affair. Even after the conclusion of our event, FTV really blew me away. I found out that one of my guests had her car scratched in the parking lot adjacent to the venue. My father-in-law told me he contacted the venue and was hoping to find some video footage to see who was responsible for scratching the car, and he relayed how nice and accommodating the lady he spoke to on the phone with. Unfortunately, we weren't able to see who was responsible but she must've gone through hours and hours of video footage and was super helpful regardless. We really appreciate FTV and all their help! Overall, if you're thinking of hosting any type of event at FTV, just go ahead and book with them; you won't regret it! I read more

This venue was everything my now husband and I hoped for when planning our dream wedding! The space is beautiful, spacious, well-cared for, etc. We initially toured in July 2020, when planning our wedding for May 2021. Kristi and her team were so responsive and efficient throughout the process. When January 2021 rolled around and the pandemic was still taking storm, we reached out with the hope of postponing until a later date. We had far too many guests that were older and at risk, if we had moved forward with our original date. Kristi made it so easy to reschedule and never made us feel guilty at all. We rescheduled for October 2021. Our special day was everything we wanted it to be, in large part because of Kristi and her team. They checked in on us all day and checked all the boxes you would hope for a venue and staff. I couldn't recommend Fete more and we have already discussed throwing another big party there in the future because it was just so wonderful! read more

We weren't able to select Fete as our wedding location, but we had a great experience with the team there, specifically Sarah Hull. When we were looking for a venue, I often felt the on-site people would have rather been doing something else than giving us a tour or answering our questions. However, Sarah was so helpful and engaged. She knew every detail about the space and our options for the event. I was also very impressed with her knowledge of the surrounding area and ability to give us price ranges for some of the other vendors we would need. Being located on the other end of the state, her advice and insight were so helpful to us rookies. Also, I appreciated her follow-up, she was quick to let us know she was there, but not pushy with constant reminders for an answer. Also, the bridal suite at Fete is second to none. Our organization held a End of the Year Luncheon as a way to say thank you to all of our staff. As their events coordinator, I was so impressed by everything at Fete! The venue itself is gorgeous, versatile, and unique. I loved how we could use the space to create the exact atmosphere we needed. It was spacious enough to fit our whole team, yet intimate enough so as to not feel like we were in a gigantic room. The bar at the back and couches were a perfect touch. The preferred vendors list was so helpful. We used Above all Catering, which lived up to our expectations and presented us with a beautiful lunch. Their relationship with the venue made planning this event all the more simple! As for Christina, I couldn't give higher praise. Christina was incredibly helpful, approachable, efficient, receptive, kind, and just fun to be around. She met our every need and even went above and beyond. She was a delight to work with, and treated me and our entire staff as close friends. I would host another event at Fete in a heartbeat. Thank you Christina, and the staff at Fete! read more

This is a gorgeous venue that we had the pleasure of working at this summer. Our venue contact Christina was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and she really went above and beyond! We had a major issue right at the start of our event due to a table layout error made by the client, but Christina and her team rose to the occasion, and within minutes had another fully set up table ready for guests, and they ended up being very happy with our quick solution! We visited about 10+ venues before we found Fete the Venue in 2019. I remember my first interaction with Christina was my first time calling to schedule a tour. She was responsive and helpful and found a time that worked for everyone. Upon visiting Fete the Venue, we were blown away by the possibilties and the amount of space we had to work with. Every step of the way, Christina made wedding planning stress-free. She gave us the freedom to bring in our own vendors and setup however we saw fit. We were able to extend our night until 1am and bring in our own caterer, Jav's BBQ, because he was not on the preferred list of caterers. Christina accomodated all our requests, communicated with our all vendors and ensured everything was perfect. Her email communication is excellent and I never had to worry about her getting back to me. She always found a solution, was helpful, and was always genuinely excited about my wedding day. The day-of was no different. I did not have to worry about anything. The layout we completed prior to the event which made the night stress-free. ALL our guests were amazed by the venue, the cleanliness, safety, and layout. We were worried about a rainy day in February, so we had two plans for the day-of. Thankfully, it did not rain, but we had a plan in action and that was really important. Despite the venue being grand, it felt cozy and intimate. I have heard nothing but great things from all our guests on the day of the wedding and afterward. Fete was a dream come true and I am so lucky to have picked this venue. read more

Worked two weddings at this venue and both experiences were absolutely wonderful! More recently, I worked with Christina (planning side) and Tiffany (day-of venue contact) and both are a pleasure to work with! Christina was very responsive to my and the bride's emails, and she was extremely helpful at the rehearsal as well. She also had an event on the day of the wedding, but she came afterwards to see how the event was going and to congratulate the couple. Their team is a dream to work with and I am excited to/hope to work with them again in the future! Where do I begin?! Book this venue! Fete the Venue was everything we had dreamed our venue would be, and more. The space is a modern converted warehouse and is totally customizable. It also features an outdoor courtyard with astroturf (yay no sinking heels!) and bistro lights. They have a bridal suite with two vanity mirrors and tons of light, and a groomsman lounge in the lobby. One of the things that was a "must" for us when looking for venues was somewhere we could party into the night, as many Orange County venues are outdoor and have a strict 10pm noise ordinance to follow. Not Fete! We booked it until 12am, but I believe one can have the space until 2am. We also loved the industrial -- but not old -- feel of the space. Fete features lots of parking and was extremely easy for guests to get to. Although we loved the amenities and space, we really have to sing the praises of Fete's staff. The customer service we received from everyone at Fete, especially Sarah and Christina, made an otherwise hectic, stressful planning period go that much smoother. Fete was so accommodating in scheduling our rehearsal and walk through, even though there were events happening later those nights. Sarah was in constant contact with us leading up to the big day and did an excellent job of making sure we were apprised of any issues, questions, or concerns. She was also available to listen to venting and offer sage advise. Although they have a list of caterers featuring all sorts of cuisines (Halal too!), we chose to use their parent catering company Above All Catering, and people are raving about the food and the venue even now. If we ever have a need to throw a big party or event, we will definitely use Fete again and cannot recommend them enough to anyone getting married. You will not regret it. read more

We had our wedding at Fete, and from the beginning, Fete was a breeze to work with. Sarah was very helpful and made it very easy for us to plan our day. She made us feel so welcomed and supported in the space. We loved how spacious Fete was. We had a guest count of 200 and didn't want our guests to feel cramped. The outdoor space had plenty of room for the ceremony and cocktail hour. The indoor space perfect - we had plenty of space for the seating arrangement, dancefloor, stage, photobooth, and the provided furniture. Our guests loved having different spaces to talk to each other, whether it be at their tables, at the furniture set-up, at the bar, or outside during the reception. The bartenders were great! We kept getting rave reviews of the bartenders from our guests. Our DJ mentioned it was the easiest venue to come load in and out of with his equipment. We couldn't have asked for a better space to have our wedding. read more

I have been to two completely different events at Fete this week and have been amazed at the flexibility of the space. Within two days the venue was a "Coachella" type festival that was blog worthy and a fairy tale wedding complete with bride and groom's names on the dance floor and wall - the staff is professional, flexible, creative and efficient allowing your dreams to come true! This review is for Sarah Hull - Unfortunately, we did not book with Fete due to the date circumstances, but this review is for Sarah and how she worked her magic! Let me start off by saying working with Sarah made things 10x LESS stressful compared to other places. From day one, as soon as I emailed Fete, Sarah reached out to me the same day unlike some other venue that would take a week to get back to me. It was love at first sight with Fete when we did the tour, but with our guest count and traditional wedding requests the rates started to go over our budget. So with what seems like a thousand of requests on our end, Sarah worked her magic to accommodate us. Whatever I asked to see if it was possible to do this or that, she was on it. She went above and beyond and was able to make it work as much as she can - and what made it better was that the wait between our requests to her responses were quick without any sense of hesitation; like I said, she was on it with an amazing attitude. The date we wanted landed our anniversary and she did give us fair warning that another couple was looking at the exact same date, so that was our fault for not acting quickly enough. End of the day, I was disappointed that I couldn't get the venue, but I was even more disappointed that I wouldn't get to have someone like Sarah to help plan out our big day. Thank you so much for all your help Sarah! I could not stress how much I appreciate all the work you did for us.
