I have been given one excuse after another for no work being done and Mr Hall will no longer return my calls or texts. His secretary is sympathetic and cordial but "doesn't know why he won't communicate". She inferred at one point that they were low on cash. I know they are doing other customer work...so why not mine!? My only remaining option at this point is to seek legal counsel to recoup my funds. We had not decided whether or not to file this through insurance. I was only give a verbal quote and was told that I would get written one by email in the next two business days. It's been over a month and they have had numerous emails, phone calls and voicemails left to both Brandon Clark and to Ms Christina. No answer. This may be a veteran owned business but it does not help veterans or their families. Do not recommend using this company for any repairs or other work. Too difficult and expensive to work with for what they are. Just a poor customer service experience overall.
