After we decided to use Philip and scheduled having him install the garage floor coating, we invited several people over and contacted Philip to make sure the floor would have enough time to cure before we parked our cars in the garage so our friends could park on the driveway. They made an appointment to get right out for the estimate and I had a written estimate within a day! It was very detailed and accurate as to what I should expect. I did receive 3 estimates and this was in the middle. I think based on the outcome it was a great value! One issue they do need to address is communication. From the office to the workers. No one wants to confirm when or if they are coming and it will be up to the customer to call and confirm times. If they had communicated better they would have gotten 5 stars. That said they always did show when scheduled just late at times. (I'm a bit anal, lol) The paint job exceeded my expectation! The crew could not have been nicer and a pleasure to have around. They were respectful of my home and property and cleaned up very well after themselves. Following completion they sent out an "Inspector" to go over the work they had done!
