I used this firm when my father passed away as his will was kept with this law office.
The level of incompetence was staggering. On multiple occasions I had to phone or email to correct mistakes that were made. I was charged for each call or email I made to correct their errors.
Beneficiaries were left out, letters were not sent out or sent to the wrong addresses, I had to follow up on items that should have been done months before.....
Errors, omissions and lack of understanding led me to pull out early and finishing up myself.
When I asked for the charges to be reviewed - I was totally ignored.
