Don't get your taxes done here. Very unorganized! I informed the receptionist that my new workplace…read moreemails out the t4s and I didn't have it printed off, I asked if she needed me to do that or if they can just take it from my cra account. She said they would just take it from my account because I authorize them to do so when I sign the form. What a joke! They have my RRSPS from that workplace and still only submitted the one t4 I had physically given them. I felt my return was very low, but figured it was from the tips at my previous job. Nope. Looked closer at the form and realized why. They took there time to get back to me and when they did they tried to put it on me for not giving them the other t4. No apologies just "wait and see what happens when you get your return".. Um what? Oh buddy is leaving for a week apparently so I have to wait until then to figure out what to do. So unprofessional! I called the CRA and dealt with it myself, good thing I didn't take their advice. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
