Chad arrived ten-minutes early with a big smile on his face. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. As well as a very resourceful handyman. It was refreshing to meet a friendly handyman with a downhome attitude who shares a similar outdoor lifestyle as I. I hadn't laughed so much as a resident of Sioux Falls. Chad was precise as he measured, eyed, marked and hung a 3-piece Glass Wall Sconce Set on wall behind dining room table. So because they were helpful we bit the bullet paid the $400 to get that fixed even though they had to come back about do a little more and then we were told that we had additional problems, which unfortunately leads me to wonder. When you get an estimate with no breakdown where this total price is coming from and are just told a an amount with tax. That is not a trusting estimate.

He was a hot head to other contractors and tried to pick a fight over a parking space. He did not pull a building permit when he said he would and left the job site a mess with screws all over the place. I would not recommend this company.
