Russ stated they had some equipment damage the day prior to my original appointment and he felt that was what caused the problem with the dirty water not being sucked out. As before, they arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. They re-cleaned everything and added a deodorizer this time and it did dry in just a little over a day. Although the carpet is now clean, it still has a slight odor to it that I hope will fade in time.
