They came out several times, inspected the area, cut out my drywall, pulled up and broke base boards and everything and never fixed the problem or offered a solution. I was not given a quote or anything. They simply stopped returning my phone calls. I've since then gone somewhere else to fix my issues and now have to pay more money to replace my baseboards that were snapped. Stay away from this company. Very unreliable, caused more harm than help
