Did not do the complete job. Poor communication after getting paid. Buyer beware. Basically all…read morethey did was box things up, poorly, (such as bubble wrapping and boxing an empty milk crate, not laying things flat - so creases and such), made the insurance claim, stored the stuff while the floor was getting repaired, and brought it back. No unpacking, no cleaning of things they told me they would have cleaned, no communication. I don't understand why they (said they) inventory everything and took pictures so it would go back to the same place they got it from, if they aren't going to finish the job and unpack, and verifiy that nothing was damaged. Very very disappointed in my experience with this company. I am currently still unpacking things myself, and I'm an old man, so it takes me a very long time, but I needed my life / basement workbench back.

They are not local for me (I'm in CT, they're in MI) but that doesn't stop me from going back time and time again. Initially came out to refinish leather couch and 2 chairs and 2 ottomans. Less than 1 month later…read morearms on chairs began peeling...contacted service and repair was done. Another month passes and same arms peeling and noticed ottoman side missed....again contacted service and was told he was busy....I may have used water on area when I was told to use only recommended conditioner...he would have to look for product again among his stash of 1000's...& probably was outdated ....because " only good for 6 months"...& would have to charge again for service.....& I should be patient he'd get back to me...yada yada....after several calls.. the last on May 17th...i have given up on him ever returning.....I question the product he's using and terrible customer service. Beware!! I now will have to contact a reputable service for repair.
