Those screws belong to the cabin air filter cover/housing, which had been opened and not resecured. This makes me question what else may be rushed or overlooked. When we were getting to the end of our service, the technician stated "sorry for the delay, we are working on getting the skid plate screwed back on and it's around 20 screws. We don't want you to lose it, new ones are $300-$400". Well guess what; the skid plate was not fully attached and screwed down and one side fell down and scraped with 5 screws missing! Guess who is out "$300-$400"; we are. Take your car to a dealer or do it yourself and don't run the risk of an oil change costing $500. Ridiculous.

These guys were amazing! They diagnosed the issue, made the repair, provided me with transportation to and from in the meantime and worked with me on the pricing. They were pleasant and professional. The shop is clean and conveniently located. The quality of the work they provided was outstanding considering that my 21-year old vehicle is running like it's brand new again! I brought a beater here to get a rundown on what it needed since it was a project car, I had no intention to fix everything at once. It was also an old Aztec- obviously it'll need a good bit of work. They tried to tell me it needed nearly $4k worth of work to be safe to drive. It needed work but not to that extent whatsoever. I declined and said I wanted to get a second opinion and only pay for the initial inspection since they hadn't started any work yet. They tried to tell me they couldn't give me my car back since it wasn't "safe" to drive it, that I would need to get to work done there or tow it. They think that they can jerk people around cause they're women or because they seem young, try to illegally keep my car. I came in for my keys and suddenly they are fine letting me take it after I ask them if they want the police involved. This is when I realized that they were under new ownership. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Old owners were great but these people are absolutely terrible awful scammers! Go to Alex's Auto down the street instead, they gave me a fat more accurate and affordable estimate and let you have control over what parts you want to replace and when!
