I was told by two supervisors that management above the call center do not take phone calls nor do they return phone calls for customers that have a complaint . Lies lies, and more lies. I have never been lied to you by an organization as much as I have by this one. Their resolutions are based on doubling down with repeating with their actual policy is not the one that you're told when they're trying to get your money initially. I could go on and on, but based on the many reviews of angry customers, all I can say is to stay far away from this company and do it on your own it will be. come to find out they have no magic, they only do what you could be doing without the headache. do not use this company.

Took several months to find someone that I trusted enough to help me improve my situation. I absolutely didn't trust giving this type of information over the phone (or online, god help me) to who knows what on the other side. When I found Credit Glory, I scheduled a free consult to learn more about how the process worked and how long it would take. Jason was clear and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold to, which is, funny enough, what finally sold me. The repair has been more than I hoped for when I picked up the phone. Almost perfect credit as I write this, other than one late payment mark on a credit card I still use.
