I recently reported Kaplan law firm to Illinois Attorney review and disaplinary committee. I signed agreement in June of 2022, paid my fee, and no help or resolution in my case. Supplied her firm with all my work at nonprofits all the signed HR forms from over the years. I have over 120 months at nonprofits and after Carly left emails go ignored , phone calls with current staff are ridiculous rescheduled forgotten about. I was left with no choice, but to file a complaint about her law firm and her practices. How can you have a client for so many years and never check in with them about progress or what's going on?
