I needed to update my living trust after having it done more than 20 years ago. After talking to many prospective law firms, I settled down with Fidea law (Sujunk and her team). Here is my honest review of Fidea Law - 1) Knowledgeable - Attorney Sujunk knows the estate law really well and often anticipated what the clients need. 2) Cost - I have Metlife Legal Plan and I did not have to pay more out-of-pocket other than the $40 cost for the binder. Other lawyers charged extra for such things like sub-trust, martial trust, etc even though in my opinion not much more work from the law firm perspective. They have the template anyway. 3) Friendliness - I found the Sujunk and her their entire staff extremely easy to work with and they are super friendly. I want to specifically call out assistant Rachel who is super nice and super helpful. They always promptly responded my emails and provided the answers I was looking for without making me to feel that they are too busy. I met Sujunk twice (one for the initial consultation on the web, and one in person when doing the final review and signing). Both times, I was never rushed or had plenty of time to go through each of every little details. This is not the same for the other lawyers. The other lawyers just wanted to move on as quickly as possible. In general, I feel that I found a good lawyer for estate planning, and I would definitely want to recommend her to anyone! read more

Fidea helped my family establish a trust very comprehensively and efficiently. It was an easy process because they sent out a useful questionnaire and then we were about to set up a consultation meeting quickly online where we discussed the details. We were then given a few things to consider, and any questions were answered quickly over email. The only necessary in person meeting was surprisingly the final signing meeting where Sujung went over all the details and illustrations again to ensure that the drafted documents satisfied our family's needs. Then Rachel, the notary was able to sign and certify everything immediately, and we left with an annotated and divided binder, along with specific copies of paperwork instructions on next steps with banks, etc. Despite the complexity (we had over 100 pages of papers), it was a pleasant surprise how effectively the Fidea team was able to navigate the options to set up a trust for our family's needs. Not only is Ms. Park's legal practice organized, prompt, courteous etc., but her grasp of the laws and which options would best suit our specific goals for our family trust, was amazing.
