And 2- see if I could get assistance with our Verizon business account after spending 2+ hours on the phone with Verizon customer service with no luck. I was helped by Sean who absolutely could have shut me down on assisting me (as it's really not his problem or his department) with the billing issue we are currently having. After making it known he may not be able to help but he'd absolutely try his best to assist, he spent an obnoxious amount of time on the phone with customer service with me trying to resolve the billing issue and removing the hot spots off our account. We were successful with 1 of those 2 things which felt like a huge win seeing as the 2 hours I spent on the phone with Verizons useless customer service I couldn't even get that done. We then upgraded my phone, and the transfer took a ridiculous amount of time due to my ridiculous number of pictures I had on my phone. He was so patient, let me leave both phones there and go do what I needed to do and come back to get the new phone. The customer service here is exceptional and it's definitely the place to go and Sean is definitely the guy you want to see here!

They were prompt, professional, more affordable than the competition, and had an impressive depth of technical knowledge. They even replaced my tv when a pixel was out, and reinstalled at no cost! The worst company!!!…read more Horrible customer service!! They tell you one thing & do the exact opposite! They charged us incorrectly, so of course we called. They did not refund the fees for a few months after having to call again & again. We put our account on hold but they kept charging us! We called in & they were supposed to stop. . .but didn't!! Took two more phonencalls for them to finallynstop charging us. Today we went to natco at 415 pm & they were closed. Guess closing at 5 pm came early today!!! If your company is open mon-fri till 5, you should be open till 5! If you call in with a landline or internet problem, its never their fault. Then they add a whopping charge for the pleasure of a required contractor to come to your home. Our landline stops working almost every month. Amazing how its one click of their swithes for it to work again! Every inconvenience has been a result of incompetence. Do not recommend. Get starlink instead.
