I called and started the process of obtaining an advance on a settlement was approved and they were aware of how serious it was that I get this advance before they close before the holiday weekend long story short was told yes all day to get told no they didn't communicate well enough with my attorney and the only thing keeping me from my advance was a via email signature that my attorney swore to me they told her she was done signing my contract. I was told by an employee that she did have to be in the office on Monday called all day Monday no one answered. Due to my frustration and me unaware my fiance leaves them a message explaining exactly how many things have been lost due to them telling me one thing and doing another basically trying to stick up for me. Tuesday when they really do come back in I call first thing to get told by capital that they voided my advance can't help me and decided not to give it to me because of the voicemail left on Monday letting them know my frustration. Never cursed was not dramatic at all just factual about the service and being told so many things and never not once any of them coming true. But if you're in Atlanta, use Will Clanton at the Sandy Springs branch. You will not be sorry. I love Charles Schwab. I think they're very helpful and much more knowledgeable than anybody at Fidelity, and they're on the ball. Feels like a small company rather than a huge corporation.
