We thought that sounded great and bought the security system. It took 2% off but never took the 20% he promised. My husband passed recently and so since funds are very tight I wanted to have the security system taken out... i called and they said "Oh no we can't, you have a three year contract." So because of a lie we bought ADT. Nan was helpful in that she agreed that salesmen will do this just to get the sale. She made me feel a little better.

We found the agency staff to be arrogant and and incompetent . Whenever there was some kind of change it was difficult and took days for an answer . after we left and went to another State Farm agency we really realized all of the above our rates went down which was reflected in our payments We actually received an check back from State Farm a week after we sign up with the new agency I can go on with numerous issues things that where on our policies that should have not been there which we overpaid for years If you are with this agency please be aware
