And I was stuck with them since they setup the dues already with my mortgage company which raised my mortgage by a lot and my situation of getting a 4 point check to get another company was out of the question. I cancelled a vehicle from my insurance policy on 2-06-25 with employee Jazmine (daughter got married) and they are still charging me? Called on 02-27-25 spoke with Jazmine again to let her know the car is still not removed AND I took my other vehicles to Progressive Direct because of this situation (Saved 200 bucks too). So now I had all 3 of them cancelled. Well today I noticed they still charged my card on 03-01-25 for the first cancelled car! Had to call again, spoke with Jazmine and had to ask for a higher up and supervisor was no help. Supervisor also verified that they have no way to keep track if the insurance is actually cancelled. What kind of professionals are working there? I do not recommend State Farm.

It is now April 8 approximately six days before tax deadline and we have yet to receive our taxes even though they were relatively simple to do. I have called repeatedly to find out when I can expect to receive my taxes for filing, but even though I have left my name and number with the receptionist, have not received any phone calls whatsoever from any anyone in this firm. I must say that I am very disappointed in the handling of my affairs and I will contact them again this date and advised that if they have not finished my taxes I will request that they be given back to me so I can take it to someone who can finish my tax return before the deadline. I don't know if I have upset them to the point where they will not return my calls even though that would be very unprofessional on their part but nonetheless, I need my taxes finished and filed. It is now quite obvious that they will not complete this task prior to the deadline, which will require that they file a request for extension, even though they've had, as stated above, my taxes now for 10 weeks. I took the refund check up to Pruett Williams & was assured the problem would be taken care of & my insurance reinstated. Fast forward a year later I haven't gotten a renewal notice & come to find out I haven't had any homeowners insurance for the past 9 months & Security First has been "holding" my refund check. So they find me new insurance with Tower Hill which I pay in full a few weeks later I get a bill from Tower Hill saying I owe more money so I call Pruett William on 3/18/15 @ 8:36am an leave a message on voicemail a week goes by & NO ONE returns my call so I call again on 3/25 12:21pm & leave another message.
