This is not a good bank. I thought that maybe the pandemic was responsible for the general…read morenegligence and lack of service, but now that things have opened up again it is clear that the experience is consistent. After opening an account, they forgot to send my debit card for 2 months. Then, when I did need to activate it in an emergency, they had inactivated my account. I was unable to access my money from my debit card even after an hour invested in going to the branch and speaking with them. During the 30-minute wait the receptionist gave me to talk to a banker, I signed up for a new account at whitefish credit Union next door who had three bankers available. It doesn't seem like many people are empowered to do critical things. I used this debit card as a backup but I'm finding the bank to be too chaotic even for that.

Took my already limited time to go into the kalispell branch on 2nd street and was essentially told they COULD do it but because it would take them more time than they wanted, I was told to mail it in and wait.
