It is a family owned Christian company and the owner is degreed in an environmental health related field, so he is trained for this type of work. He is on time, polite, knowledgeable, quick to work you into the schedule and reasonably priced. He and his wife and other members of the team were all so kind and accommodating. I had to reschedule 3 different times, as I was waiting for construction to fix the cause of water damage before he treated the mold. They never had a bad attitude despite the rescheduling requests and once I was finally ready he found a way to work me in that very week. He is very detailed oriented and focuses on being educating the home owner and respecting property. He is passionate about helping people and making home environments healthy. They are on-time, and their work was remarkable there was no bad odor the house after they did the treatment and the felt soo clean and fresh afterward. They do not use harsh chemicals but what they do use is EPA approved. I could see the mold was COMPLETELY GONE! Just do it. Hire these people.
