Per sales rep it was "too hot" and his men were "sweating too much" so we had to have somebody do it. And we had to pay them and they never reimbursed us back. Stay away!

The issue was as simple as replacing the battery for the box. Neither one of us had the correct batteries - he took it upon himself to go to the closest gas station to purchase the batteries. He may have been gone 10mins - came back, replaced the batteries and the bonus was the great conversation that came with it.
