I went up to the The lady working the desk( curly brown hair) she did not even great me and stared at me blankly she was EXTREMELY rude and snarky when I asked about the discount. She was very bitter and said people only come in once a year to get their discount and never comeback so they reduced the discount- person needs to be present and show a valid ID. I responded that's fine my birthday was last week and she seemed annoyed by me saying this. I was still going to purchase the item and possibly some sunglasses. But she acted like it was a chore to look up the price. I told her never mind. I didn't want to give my money to a business that does not care about politeness or customer service. The tint is smooth, and the dark color is SHARP. I greatly appreciated the fact that they showed me what the darkest tint looked like in the parking lot as it's much different looking at samples in the shop versus outside on a vehicle. That helped me select my tint color. TIP: I recommend one level lighter than the darkest tint available. Several people told me that while most of the workers have the darkest tint on their vehicles, the darkest tint can make the windows difficult to see out of at night, so I went one level up, which is still dark and perfect for night vision. The reason for 4 stars is to make sure you communicate well with them. When I initially booked by phone, the lady on the phone told me they tint everything except windshield and sun/moonroof. I accepted it as I have never tinted a car before. When I arrived for my appointment, the guy helping me told me I was not scheduled for the windshield and that I would have to come back after waiting 1.5 months to get in the shop initially (they book out due to popularity!). I explained the scheduling process, and the shop manager heard me, then said he would ensure the windshield was done as well (which takes 2-2.5 hours alone). Whew! I dropped my car off at 11am and picked it up close to their closing time at 8pm. The guys took their time on it, and it looks nice!
