I went in for a fit last week! I thought I needed a new pair of shoes for an upcoming overseas…read moretrip. The kind people listened to me and scanned my feet. Then, they brought out several pairs to try on. As I have a high arch, it was recommended that I consider insoles. I tried them out and found that it made a big difference! I have been on my feet working a camp (including stairs, hills, and miles) while wearing the shoes and insoles a whole week and my feet feel great! I went to the Broken Arrow Oklahoma Store to purchase some HOKAs or OnCloud shoes in January 2026. The sales person evaluated my feet using the Fit Process tools and recommended me purchasing TOPOs. I have 5 different pairs of running/walking/training shoes from different manufacturers and have a professional job that requires dress shoes, so I don't wear any shoe daily. I had foot pain that lead to an Orthopedic visit. After much evaluation and elimination it was determined the pain was caused by the TOPOs. This process clearly takes longer than 30 days. The FleetFeet store refused to give me any accomodation for these shoes that I can't wear, even though they told me to buy these. I am very unhappy and intend to leave very deliberate and very negative reviews everywhere I can find to do so. I would never have purchased TOPOs if not for your employee.
