That's often what I experience when I visit a new gym as a guest, especially a large chain one. The place was clean and bigger than I expected. The locker rooms were nice, they had tanning beds, a ton of treadmills, and 4 different areas to work out in depending on what you're working on. I also know they have personal trainers because the friend I went with sees one on a weekly basis. My mom has been interested in coming here and I had a good report back to her. I imagine I'll be back when I visit Zanesville again.

When I would attend the gym the girls running the desk were always very snotty and unfriendly. Rarely ever saw them smiling. And if you wanted a shake from upstairs they acted like it was the biggest deal. The bathrooms were always disgusting. Chunks of hair in the showers and there would be blood on the same toilet for days. I moved away for college, and spoke with one of the workers before I left, and I was told that after freezing my account I would expire in October. In November I received a charge from them. Not having been to the gym in almost 5 months. I called and the girl was immediately, "Well I can't help you." Then proceeded to hang up before even telling me the membership was cancelled. And proceeded to ignore my calls! They would not refund my money. So my account was -80 dollars to my banks overdrawn fees on top of the membership. Very unprofessional so yes I lost my temper. I am very unhappy with this gym especially for how expensive their monthly memberships are. Hire someone other than teenage girls to run it maybe things would be different.

The female bathroom is very secluded and poorly lit and my girlfriend did not feel comfortable at all. 24 / 7 is only good when the facility is safe and secure. My advice is to drive up the road to Genesis, you won't regret it.
