They have a coin machine to exchange bills. They also sell laundry detergent there & snacks! Although it says that they're open 24/7, they're really not! The doors close by 1 am & if you're inside you can stay inside but if you leave you can't come back inside. This place is at a great location, very cute & clean. I'll definitely be going when needed.

Today was the final straw with the card replenish machine only taking cash again. Prior to this the automatic doors have not worked for at least 9 months. Not understanding why since there are no door handles this has not been addressed. The floor is always dirty. Understanding this can be a very busy location but!!! The rolling carts most of them only have 3 wheels that work. Does not seem the employees actually care or just are to busy doing other things that monitor the business. Even today the doors are manual only.

She called her manager to inquire, then she handed me a tiny receipt with the order number and just specified that I dropped 4 pieces, nothing else. No description those were suits. I asked for the itemized description of the garments to take with me. The manager came to the phone telling me in the rudest way that she wanted me to pick up my clothes and go take them somewhere else. I know this place has lost some of my wife's clothes in the past, just for not saying they were stolen from her . If this is the way this so called manager is treating her customers from the get go what can be expected from her if they do damage or lose one of my clothes? Better to go somewhere else where they value their customers and understand their reasonable concerns.

I tried to get her attention as she passed by us by speaking directly to her about the machine not accepting the quarters and she continued straight ahead going back into a locked back room and remained there the entire time we were there. Never came out to check on the customers or the area at all. Very poor customer service. The machines worked well but that was the only thing that was working.

I had the worst experience here. I paid $80 for 3 coats and 1 jacket. My jacket was RUINED. I…read moreassumed someone made a mistake and I went back to show them what was done. I was expecting for them to at least refund me the $12 they charged me for cleaning it because the material was peeled off the jacket and i was never going to be able to wear it again. Both a man and a woman tried to tell me that that is how they received my jacket. I know my jacket was not ruined when I dropped it off because why would I pay money for them to clean a jacket that was so obviously ruined that I wouldn't be able to wear? I explained to them I knew for a fact that's not how I dropped it off. The lady went off and tried to insult me but the man stopped her. I was not being rude at all. I'm never confrontational, and I am not one to write a negative review but I was just treated so poorly here. The rest of my items were perfectly cleaned and I had no issues. I just don't understand why they would be so rude and not own up to a mistake and refund at least the $12. I'm clearly upset I lost my jacket but I'm more upset that I gave my money to a business that does not put customers first. I would advise to take pictures of your items before you drop them off.
