It has reach time for a bad review. After a year of giving this place my business it has reached a review time. Today was the final straw with the card replenish machine only taking cash again. Prior to this the automatic doors have not worked for at least 9 months. Not understanding why since there are no door handles this has not been addressed. The floor is always dirty. Understanding this can be a very busy location but!!! The rolling carts most of them only have 3 wheels that work. Does not seem the employees actually care or just are to busy doing other things that monitor the business. Even today the doors are manual only. read more

Update: The attendant came up to us as we were gliding our clothes, I think we saw my Post. She apologized for the behavior of the bun. She asked me what happened. I told her. She said he is in there frequently but they will Bar him from the premises, that sort of behavior is unacceptable, apologizing profusely, I told her she was not in control of his behavior. they loose your laundry when you use the laundry service and then act like it's no big deal

First time coming to spin express! Loved my experience. Clean wide open spaces. Folding tables, electrical out let's for waiting and charging devices, super friendly service. When I arrived the girl really helped me do the whole process. Helped me know where to put the soap in and how to get an electric charging card! everyone was nice. All the customers really had great manners helping each other out with the washing machines and dryers and waiting turns. There were some carts that really helped carry baskets back-and-forth from the car. Loved the electric opening door at the front. Did not have to hold door to bring in my laundry. AC was good! Has helped me out so many times when I'm in a bind and I need my clothes washed. Would recommend this place to all my friends

Normally when I come to wash it is clean and organized. Today was ridiculous. Older kids running around playing keep away, another playing soccer. Parents not caring much less the employee. I love kids but this is not a playground. I'm disabled and if I would have fallen. Not good. read more

This is the best laundry matt I've been to. It's clean, has new machines and they don't use coins so you don't have to carry a bunch of coins with you. They use a card you get from the laundry matt or what I like is you can pay with an app. Quick and easy just scan the machine or pick it off of the list on the app. This is my new go to laundry matt. read more
