Rented tables and chairs they were extremely dirty they don't sanitize anything , tables still had old plastic table covers tied onto the bottom of the tables , one table was cracked on the side and I almost cut my hand on it while I was loading the tables and chairs into my car MYSELF. Entire store was filthy, looked like an episode of hoarders. Never again will I rent from here or recommend them to anyone. I would have left and didn't rent anything but it was too late to find somewhere else to go. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

I rented some chairs here for a party. I didn't count them and noticed I was missing a chair. When we returned them the next day they told us that they unintentionally shorted us a chair. Very shady people, I had a wedding planned for 300 guest. I gave $1000 deposit and took them an additional $1200 because I was considering doing catering through them (which I didn't end up choosing them) so they kept those extra $1200 towards the rental of a 40x80 tent, chairs, tables, and linens. Well due to the Coronavirus pandemic and California banning events of more than 50 people we had to call off the wedding. I reached out to them the day the restriction was set in place and they tried to convince me to still have the wedding which I didn't do out of the health risk for friends and family. All other companies refunded us since rescheduling right now is difficult because no one knows how long we will be restricted. Andres and his wife gave me $1000 and they said they would keep $1200 since we "canceled". I think it's pretty shady of a business to take advantage of a situation like this and I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. They even told me I can't use the $1200 towards a future event so basically they robbed me for $1200. read more
