I just picked up this business card when I was at my dentist office in late October. I have been wanting to take my mom on a trip for her birthday, but really wasn't sure of where or if we would drive, or fly, I was leaning towards Vegas because she like to go to a Casino every now and then and she likes good food and Vegas offers both. I called Round The World Travel 365 and spoke with Lois, she gave me some prices for hotels, and for packages that offer air, car and hotel. I told her I would call her back in a day or two. I started checking rates on my own and every hotel I checked Lois was able to offer it for less, I was at the point where I was leaning towards driving to Vegas and just book the hotel with Lois. When I called Lois back in about 4 days after our initial conversation she asked if I had ever considered taking my mom on a cruise, she said it offers good food and a casino, and once you pay for the trip you really don't have any other expenses. Lois told me about a great deal where for less than what I was going to spend for hotel and food I could secure a 5 day cruise that goes to Cabo and Ensenada. She explained I only needed to put down a $50 deposit and I have until January 20 to pay it off. She explained that the $50 deposit was non-refundable however I had a choice to secure it with a higher deposit of $150 and that would be fully refundable. She was very nice, informative and offered creative options, she wasn't pushy in her offer about the cruise , she just asked had I ever considered it, but after learning all of what the cruise offer, it was definitely a deal I could not pass up. If you are looking for a good deal, I recommend you contact Round The World Travel 365 and see if you can secure a spot on this cruise or check out the many good deals that are offered.

I gave him my name and told him I'm getting married and needed a limo. The attitude that I got from the start would probably be a huge issue for wedding day. Wayyyy too much riding on this and need friendly, agreeable people to do business with. Don't need people being hostile or unfriendly with the wedding party. etc for ANY reason. SCARY! The person who made my reservation put the pickup at 12pm and did not tell me they closed at 12pm so that pick up time was not even possible. Why did you even allow this? They should have told me they close at 12 and made my pick up time 11am or anything earlier that 12pm. They ruined all our plans for Mother's Day. When I called to complain about it, they were unapologetic and did not care at all. This is terrible customer service. I will never rent from them again.
