called this company this morning. Guy answers the phone, "hello" I thought I had the wrong number due to the way the phone was answered. I asked, "is this better class limos?" voice says with attitude, "I'm not going to answer that due to spam calls... who's calling?" I gave him my name and told him I'm getting married and needed a limo. The attitude that I got from the start would probably be a huge issue for wedding day. Wayyyy too much riding on this and need friendly, agreeable people to do business with. Don't need people being hostile or unfriendly with the wedding party. etc for ANY reason. SCARY! We had the best experience working with Scott. From the very first phone call to the day after our service, Scott was the best! He had the best customer service, great communication, and went out of his way to make this the best experience. We surprised our sons by having a limo pick them up from LAX on Christmas Eve. Scott worked with me on every detail of the surprise. Their plane kept being delayed, and was eventually delayed by 2 hours. Scott was on the ball as far as tracking the flight status and was always in communication with me. He made a sign with their names on it and even recorded their reactions for me when he picked them up, without me even asking. He made it a very special experience! One they will never forget! WOW! I really wish a zero stars rating was available. Called to reserve a limo for prom for my daughter and her friends. Stated that I needed it for 8, possibly 10 passengers. I was given the price on an 8-10 passenger Lincoln Limo. I asked for the website so that I could see the Limo offered. On the website, there is a Lincoln advertised to seat 6-9 passengers. I asked where the 10 passenger limo was and the jerk on the phone seriously asked if they were all average size or if any of them were fat because if they were average size then we could squeeze 10 people in it. Once again Scott and his team came through with excellent service. Prom season is coming and just booked a 10 passenger limo for my nephew in May. After reading JulieAnn's comment, it was clear she didn't comprehend what ABC customer service was trying to convey. Just because you order a 10 pax limo doesn't necessarily mean 10 people will fit comfortably. A couple of varsity football players could easily change the comfort level of the ride. I would not hesitate to hire again or recommend A Better Class Limousine . I left messages with three limousine companies and Scott from A Better Class Limousine was the first to return my call. He quoted me a price and answered all of my questions. I liked Scott and decided to hire A Better Class Limousine and am so pleased that I did! He was extremely easy to work with. Scott showed up a little early and had even hung a Happy Birthday banner inside the limousine. The limousine was stocked with plenty of waters, sodas, ice and peanuts. The glassware we used to make mixed drinks and it was all very clean. The limousine also had napkins which were different colors which kind of added to the birthday decorations. There was a port to connect our iPhone for our music. We went to multiple locations and Scott knew exactly how to get there and patiently waited for us at every stop. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything and just sit back and enjoy ourselves while Scott took care of everything! There were eight of us and we were very comfortable. I was going to talk with several car services before deciding on one but, after talking with Scott, I was sold on A Better Class Limousine.
