They assured me it would be no problem. The day of the services I saw the flowers at the funeral home and thought to myself there's no way that's the one I ordered for $300 but later that evening I realized it was & after further inspection realized that it was not only broken but most of the greenery and some of the flowers were plastic. I messaged them a couple days after letting them know how displeased I was, I spoke to the owner Diana. She told me that she had not made it but some of her girls did & they assured her it was beautiful. I told her that was not the case and sent her a picture of the one her girls made vs the one I ordered from 5th Avenue florist (which was an arrangement of over 2 dozen roses and was absolutely beautiful & cost me less then what I paid her) she agreed that it was horrific and apologized offered me a complete refund. Two weeks later still no refund, I've been messaging and calling and no response. It's a complete headache trying to deal with the loss of my dad and trying to collect the money that I'm owed. I would not recommend them at all. Fifth avenue florist is the way to go. Heck even an arrangement from Safeway is better then what I received.
