Which is fine but I was not offered this option by the banker I was dealing with (Juan Solis) or the branch manager "Steve". I was simply told "Sorry we can't do that" and not offered any alternatives. I found out what I needed from the 800 number via customer service. Why do we even need branches anymore???? Unacceptable.

It took months even with a lawyer working with us. Apparently our power of attorney letter was signed but it didn't actually say "Power Of Attorney " under the signature. It was on the top of the lawyers document and all throughout, but not under the signature line. So that held things up for weeks. All in all it took over a year to resolve every little issue for 10k. I came in to this branch to verify my identity for another bank, FNBO, that needed a bank representative to verify my information in person. The first representative I talked to didn't know what I was talking about, neither did the second one. Teneka was the only one that was able to assist me in verifying my identity so that FNBO could release the hold on my account. So props to her for that. If it were for the first two it would have been a 1 star review.
