That means when choosing your parking spot, walk towards the front entry doors on the left side. This is also the grocery side with the glass windows. Farthest from the garden center. Open 7 days a week for extended hours. Inside away from the elements. Plenty of comfort from security and walking pedestrian traffic. Big pluses. ATM, teller service, sit down financial services. Between ATM and counter visits, I am always surprised when the super friendly associates recognize me from bi-weekly needs. They even wave if they see me just grocery shopping. Those smiles can really influence your impression. You're like me and do a lot of online banking. But when that moment strikes and you need to speak to customer service..... which button will you push to navigate the labyrinth of phone service? I did this, only to end up with a monthly service fee dropped on me. I took this problem to "this branch". I was given a smile, an apology, and an immediate correction. They could not remove the fee from corporate, but countered it with a monthly credit immediately after it is charged. 4+ years and it has never failed. Why just 4 stars? This branch is missing 2 things I could use. An outdoor drive up ATM, and a change counting machine that gives me a credit slip to cash or deposit. not a gift card. Picky? Maybe, but I do drive other spots for these services.
