this bank has went down hill really bad in the customer service department mainly the drive…read morethru....4 lanes..2 are always closed 1 teller that cant do a transaction at window...super super long wait time...today..15 minutes waiting on 1 truck in front of me...no teller at window...finally i went inside and when i came out same car and truck still sitting there waiting....wtf.....HIRE MORE TELLERS GREENVILLE FEDERAL ... no sense in a 15 minute wait at drive thru
