It would appear that CNB has turned they're back on small communities in Northern Michigan, the same communities that help build CNB what it is today. Loyalty and good credit seem to have no return on investment with CNB.

We withdrew the entire amount at closing and they never fixed the rate. We started at 3.74 and 2 months later when we realized what they'd done the rates were over 6% and they refused to take any responsibility or help us. We have paid back the full amount and are having to pay cash for our project now. We had been with this bank for 20 years. Will be leaving now to find a bank that are not a bunch of liars
